Slow draining shower as the cover needed a good scrub. Raised this to Vera who took on the feedback very graciously. Also the duvet felt a bit thin but this is me being picky for the price it was great.

Booked not realising it also had shared kitchen facilities. Great for the price, quiet location but close to the centre of MK. Also felt safe as a single female staying there.

Fantastic reception from host right after booking confirmation,called to confirm and assist with directions. Super clean,all basics are available,soap,spoons,mugs glasses🥂,kettle,tea ,hot chocolate,coffee etc..... TV,Netflix,warm room ,beautiful wardrobe private toilet and wash room,clean to standard ,fridge,.... .......it was unbelievable for the price.very impressive

Absolutely everything. The place is spotlessly clean. Vera the housekeeper cannot do enough for you. Very attentive and makes sure you want for nothing. Best place I have stayed at in Milton Keynes by far. Cannot rate this place high enough.

The WiFi wasn't great in the room, but that may have been due to the position of the room in relation to the router. There is a TV so it wasn't too much of an issue for me.

This place is great! The bed is soooo comfy, it's lovely & clean and has lots of storage space to unpack. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The microwave & kettle are really useful as it means you have your own private space you can relax in without disturbing anyone else. The shower is lovely and warm. I did some watersports during my stay, so the little private outdoor area was great to be able to leave my wetsuit etc outside to dry off. If I need to stay in the area again I will definitely book this place again.

I did experience a bit of noise (not sure if it was things being moved or people pacing around) around 11pm on Friday and a bit early on Sunday morning around 5:30am - I'm not sure if this was under the owner's control or not. I used the TV to put on a show and that covered most of it. The owners were really nice with my request and provided a fan - the only minor downside is I wasn't able to control the setting of it which I was made aware of when I got there (there were instructions on the fan to download an app but as the owner had adjusted the setting on set-up, I'm unsure if this would have worked and didn't want to mess it up or bother them at the time - this was very minor and wouldn't affect my stay in the future, I'd just ask in future on how I could make it easier for me to adjust!). Minor improvement suggestion - if there could be a bin just to put rubbish in until the end of the stay, that would be great! Thankfully I had a paper bag I could use and utilised that as a rubbish bin until my check out. There are bins outside of the main entrance that can be used if you're happy to go back and forth but I wanted to have one central place for it and then dispose of it at the end of the stay.

Prime location for me to attend the Silverstone Festival (20-25 mins travel). Lovely room, the bed was really comfortable, the facilities were really good, Tesco Express was just opposite if I needed anything. Essentials were provided and met my expectations. I did ask for a fan and was provided with this. Parking was really easy to use. The outside area is private and spacious although I didn't utilise this too much as I was away for the daytime.

If other guests use their shower, as somebody did late at night, it is loud.

Cant speak highly enough about this property I liked everything.

Exceptional room. Nice door on to a private patio so I could enjoy the fresh air. Room was spotless. Bed very comfy. Would highly recommend this for the price will be back.
