Old building, not redecorated lately, very narrow room.

Clean sheets and towels. Close to the bus and tube station - just 8 min walk. From there, you can easily get to the centre London or to Luton airpot (direct bus).

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The kettle was filled with limescale, and a used bottle from a previous stay was left under one of the beds, which makes me wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned. The shower was also not excellent, as the notch to keep the head in place was loose, and it fell a few times.

The staff were very friendly, and very helpful through an issue I had with the hotel. The hotel was very well priced, and in a good location for travelling to the centre of the city.

The tea making facilities were disposable cups that clearly are not disposed of after each person's stay . I was greeted with a used cup that had been building mould and bacteria. The property and room in general need updating , very run down and not very good for price paid The reception is rarely manned . With no one manning the out of hours number evident by the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night called out of hours number no one answered and the alarm going off does not trigger to owners or the fire service. Ending up having to dial 999 myself to get fire service to come out and attend the situation so that myself and the other guests that night could go back in to the property and back to bed.

The hotel was in poor condition, requiring urgent renovations. Our room, in particular, was poorly maintained, with a window in the toilet falling apart

The location was excellent, situated in a nice neighborhood with proximity to restaurants and bars. Additionally, it was very close to the metro, ensuring good connectivity. The hotel offered parking, however was quite limited

There was a smell of cigarette smoke and or weed throughout the hotel and in the bedroom which is a bit of a let down. The kettle was riddled with limescale and something which caused the inside of the base to be a very dark brown colour. The walls were grubby and definitely needed a lick of paint.

For a two star hotel it is fair to say it met my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The beds were clean, fresh towels were supplied with soap available too. The bathroom was clean but could benefit from a renovation as there were some exposed metal. Plenty of coffee available. The location was okay, not far from the train station and underground 'Golders Green' took around 8 minutes to walk there which was pretty straight forward.

Our room, and hotel in general, were a little tired and battered. Could do with a refurb. Water was very hot. Could be dangerous. Shower head was very low.

Stale smell everywhere most likely old carpets, low management or security presence, no tea making facilities in room or any facilities open or available. Didn’t feel very safe and I would only stay sleep the least amount of time and leave taking everything with me.

Car park shape is weird. Room was an awkward shape. Beds especially small. Bathroom door lock wouldn't work. General decor cheap and odd. Tea/coffee supplies had no milk and tea was very bad. Shower very low and uncomfortable to use. Wardrobe door off its hinges. "Interesting" smell to fit general shabbiness. Nothing majorly wrong, just nothing majorly right.

Staff were polite and helpful, especially since we arrived quite late because of ferry delays. Decent location, quite close to Alexandra Palace (we were seeing a gig). Beds were comfortable-ish and the shower was (extremely) powerful and hot. Mini fridge and kettle worked (altho plugs all low to the ground so awkward). Overall decent cheap place to stay if you just need a bed for a night or two.

As soon as we came in the member of staff seemed like he couldn't be bothered that day. I didnt mind being asked for ID but I forgot mine to be tutted at and asked if I was English. That's all they wanted to know. My mirror was full of water marks when we entered. I didnt expect 2 single beds either I didnt ask for a twin room. So when we pushed the beds together we found Money and rubbish down the sides. We had clean towels and beds made once. Then the next day they couldn't be bothered and I honestly think that was to check up on us more than anything.

I liked the location, the price was good and was easy to find. I like the fridge also

The decor was tired. The paper cups. The kettle base was broken. Also no power socket for the kettle on the desk/dressing table, had to plug it in a socket on the floor. No milk. Damp on the bathroom ceiling.
