Lovely big, spacious room with sofa, kettle and fridge and great en suite. Bed was big and comfy with lovely linen sheets. Extras like wine and crisps a lovely touch. Communication was great. Location good near to Botanic Ave with lots of places to eat and drink, close to Botanic gardens and museum, 20 minute walk into the town centre. Also short walk to the river and tow path. Room size especially wonderful.

Beautiful room which to be honest could be better described as a suite. Thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated and very cosy. With the added touch of a welcome bottle of wine and Irish crisps!

The bathrrom drain was slow causing to flood thew whole bathroom and even spill into the adjacent room

The room we chose was very spacious and was more like a suite then a room which was great. The bottle of wine was also a lovely touch. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was also extremely comfortable and I had the best night sleep ever!!

Overall I was very pleased with my accommodations. The location was perfect for proximity to Queens as well as my daughter's student residence. I would definately stay there again.

Comfortable room in a quiet building. Found a surprise bottle of wine in the room after arrival. Perfect accommodation for a work-related trip when one practically only spends the night at the accommodation.

Next time I need to remember to book an apartment on a lower floor. Bit that was my own fault not yours.

There was no room cleaning. When asked for it, there was a garbage bag full of toiletries and towels dumped in the room which meant you have to change your bedsheets and towels etc by yourself.

I didn´t have the breakfast included or maybe I wasn´t aware of it. There was no person at the reception to ask questions. Regarding the location, it was quite good. Close to many pubs and very close to Queen´s university.

Some things didn't work in the room but it was manageable without them. The bed would squeak when you moved so the noise became annoying.

It was really loud, this was probably more due to the people in the other apartments in the same building. This meant sleep wasn't great due to 2 lads playing music on Saturday night in apartment at 2 oclock in the morning singing.

This was in a great location and was not difficult to get to at all! Also a lot of bars and stuff around the place which was great. Very modern and the staff was on point with arrival.
