The hill was rather steep but kept us fit.

Absolutely nothing. Honestly, we can not pick any fault with the Chalet or Wilf.

As always, Wilfs Chalet was more than welcoming, with welshcakes and milk waiting for us. The chalet was absolutely spotless and still has that homely feeling when you walk in. The Chalet is a good size, and has everything you could need. The beds were so comfy that we all had the best nights sleep. The kids call the Chalet our "holiday home", they absolutely love Caswell, as do we all - Bailey dog included. Wilf messaged me the night before we arrived, stating we could arrive earlier than planned, which was brilliant for us as the kids were desperate to get out on the waves.

Only slight thing was how soft the bed mattresses were but everything else was perfect.

A stiff walk to the chalet might challenge some people. We enjoyed the exercise.

Close to the bay and a beautiful walk through Bishops Wood opposite. Thanks for the milk and Welsh cakes, etc. that made us and our dog welcome. A cosy and clean chalet. Great shower, instant hot water, all mod cons.

Lovely, clean property in a great location with beautiful views. Wilf was a brilliant host. We've been staying at Summercliffe Chalet Park for 40 years and this was the best chalet we've stayed in.

The fact that parking was at the bottom of the hill was a bit awkward, but we were lucky that it wasn’t raining when unloading the car.

The property was clean and very suitable for our purposes. It had everything that we wanted. It was conveniently sited, close to the bay and not far for any shops.

Wilf the host was soo generous and accommodating, readily available to help if there’s a problem. Lovely inclusions like milk, coffee pods, sweet biscuits and a well-equipped kitchen. The view was like being up in the tree tops.

Parking was at best 20 meters away up a very steep hill. Then quite a few steps up to the property.

Excellent location in a quiet chalet park, very close to coastal paths with amazing views. Nearest beach (during low tide) about 3 min walk from the chalet. There is also beach shop serving coffee, tea, ice creams, sandwiches etc. The chalet was very clean, had everything we needed and the host left us welsh cakes and milk, which was very nice of him. There is Wifi in the chalet but mobile network is very limited. There was an additional charge for a dog, we paid £20.

The chalet is in a great location for the beach and exploring the Gower Peninsula. It's cosy and comfortable with all we needed for our holiday. We also enjoyed the view through the large windows of the hills oposite.

Lovely site just minutes walk from Caswell Beach, although you can't see the beach until you are nearly there..Ideal location to visit lots of beautiful beaches on the Gower. This is a beautiful area with many beautiful places to explore. People are very friendly and welcoming. Compact chalet with everything you might need.

We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to extend our stay and that was not a problem for Wilf at all! The chalet had everything you could possibly need including a orange juicer, measuring jug and cheese grater. There was nothing missing. Fantastic and would love to return. WILF YOU ARE THE BEST HOST!

The sofa isn't the comfiest. Other than that we can not fault it!

Excellent location close to Caswell Bay on a quiet chalet park. While fairly basic it had everything needed for a very comfortable stay for myself and my dog. Would definitely return.

Be prepared for the steep slope up to the chalet and steps if you have mobility challenges.

Really lovely location. Chalet was at the top of a steep slope but my mum and I are hikers so it was fine. There were regular buses from the bay to the Mumbles and Swansea and the little food cafes at the bay were lovely. The host Wilf popped by to check if we had everything we needed and had left us milk and welsh cakes.
