We were greeted with a very warm welcome, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a double and single room which were very clean and comfortable with nice bathroom products, also provided in the room was water, tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location was perfect for us to visit family and local tourist spots. Would highly recommend a stay at this pub hotel.

There wasn’t anything not to like!

The staff was very accommodating, we were able to check in early so we could go off to the wedding. The place was clean, tidy, the rooms were well equipped.

Very friendly helpful staff and pleasant hotel in a very convenient location. Only quibble: the tiny piece of soap slithered through the wide apart bars of the holder in the shower so inevitably landed on the floor. But it was good to have proper soap rather than a pump! Excellent generous breakfast (included).

Great hotel in good location in the town centre. The staff were very welcoming and the check in was very straight forward. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was freshly cooked to order.

Noise from road - to be expected for location Hotel parking was full so had to use long stay car park 5 minutes walk from hotel £7.70 for 24 hours.

Room was really comfy, we ate Sunday Lunch and Breakfast. Both were excellent, great variety and perfectly cooked. Staff were outstanding, friendly, polite, efficient. We will be back whether to stay or eat or both the next time we are in Devizes. Thank you

It felt a little strange that no night porter was available, but we were handed a key to allow us entry and exit. The hotel is at a busy junction with heavy goods vehicles running through the night, but it really didn't affect our quality of sleep.

The breakfasts were excellent, cooked well and not too much. The room was very good, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, not being right on the High Street, but very handy for the shops and car parks. The staff were really nice, efficient and polite. The Manager was great, getting stuck in to all manners of jobs needed to be done. We were able to make a change to our booking without any bother. Thank you.

Service on the Sunday morning for breakfast not as good and waitress not as jolly. Still ok though! No parking at the hotel. parking was in a market carpark and cars not visible from hotel.

Food is fantastic, best breakfast ever. Friendly and helpful staff, go above and beyond. Spacious room, great shower. Perfect location for visiting local area
