Dave, owner, welcomed us into b and b. He showed us round and made us a brew. He was welcoming and friendly. He then welcomed 2 other couples, showed them around made brews etc. I was impressed with cleanliness, very clean. Dave told us his partner Jackie has worked as a cleaner. The decor is great, stylish and interesting, with houseplants. Our bedroom was comfy and little details are great. Drinks with wee jugs of milk if needed, shampoo, soap etc. Bed comfy and bedding a treat to get into. Feels like a home from home! We didnt have a breakfast as we had to get off very early. I'm sure that would have been made with care and attention, in line with Mulberry House. I loved the duke box, there to play. Dave and Jackie seem to have thought of everything. We will come back again.

Rooms are lovely presented and clean. Owners are very friendly chatty able to ask for where would they recommend going to visit best way of getting there. Definitely go back again and recommend them to friends. Thankyou for a lovely weekend xx

We had a lovely stay at Mulberry House. It was only a fleeting visit to Llandudno but made even more enjoyable by our accommodation. Dave showed us his hifi systems-an array of jukebox and an old gramophones. Top place. Highly recommended.

Put on first floor and I am disabled difficulty walking following cancer. Struggled up and down every time. Nearly fell once and knocked a large glass framed poster off the wall.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff who helped me with my mobility scooter. Room and especially bed very comfortable. WiFi fast and free. Good location, only 6 minutes from the prom

Coming home

We loved Everything! Llandudno is one of our favourite places to visit and it's extra special when you stay somewhere that goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is as perfect as can be! The B&B is in a great location, the decor was great! Breakfast tasty, bed ultra comfy, soft fluffy and smelt beautiful, our room was clean and well presented, our hosts were so helpful and friendly. We really feel our stay couldn't have been any better

The only slight down mark we could give was the softness of the bed, but that is a personal preference.

Very nice stay, place was spotlessly clean & close the sea front. Lovely,quiet lounge room which was great with the cup of tea/coffee the owner made for us. Bedroom size OK but well appointed, bathroom similar. Would recommend to friends & family & use again 😊
