Only one small matter was the fob to operate the underground garage didn't work and we got a toot from a car behind us to hurry up. We had to do a lap of the town, busy at Easter, to get parked, once we had offloaded our baggage. I tried the fob when the pressure was off and messaged Marion to see if she could assist, but got no response. I eventually opened the fob to see if it might be a battery issue and had heard a rattle from inside. It turns out the battery clip had come loose and if you pressed it into place the button worked to let us park. So all good in the end. Only one key fob for access in might not be great for those staying who separate for the day, but a press of the corresponding button outside to the handset in the hall can let those in the apartment buzz you in.

The apartment location is great. Super views right across the bay. A patio door onto a small balcony. The lift to the 3rd floor where the apartment is situated is smooth and modern. A caretaker was present and has the building looking great. Great seating, with two reclining sofas. The decor is cool also. A well kitted out kitchen with fridge/freezer and even a dishwasher and washing machine. The bath is spacious in the main bathroom as is the shower in the ensuite. The main bed was super soft and comfy.

The only negative was what has been pointed out in other reviews. When it was very cold outside, the radiators in the living area struggled to get the temperature up to 20C, and on our first evening we had to use duvets to keep warm. This wasn’t an issue when it became milder outside later in the week.

The views from the living area were breathtaking, even in the rain! The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped - the Dolce Gusto coffee machine and the air fryer meant morning coffee and croissants were quickly sorted 😊. It was great having the underground parking space and the lift.

Unfortunately even though the heating was on and worked the living area was quite cold. Curtains on the windows would have helped as we found it very drafty!! Although we were dealing with storm Isha as well.

Lovely clean modern and well equipped apartment. Views were mesmerising and we had a relaxing stay. We would highly recommend and would stay again although maybe in the warmer months.

On arrival and for remainder of stay, on an extremely freezing night, the heating was set at a too low temperature and failed to warm up living room to an acceptable standard, despite using booster!!! Similar comments made in Guest Book by other visitors. Despite this, would not be deterred from returning to this beautiful apartment, preferably in warmer weather.

The king-size bed was very soft. I suppose that's down to personal preference.

Had a bit of trouble finding access to garage etc. Rang the contact given for a little guidance which didn't seem well received, but when we finally got into the apartment it was beautiful. We loved the view! Every time you look out the weather and colours were changing. Recliner sofa was so comfy with a wee blanket to cosy up and watch netflix. Kitchen was well equipped for making any meal. Coffee machine was a nice touch also. Location was excellent. Dandered down to harbour bar in the evening and went beach walking by day, even ventured into the sea for a cold water dip. Great time had by all. Will definitely be back.
