Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was lovely however little space. Staff was friendly, clean and enjoyable stay! Love it their. Stays have always been amazing!

The lift nearest our room was one you had to make sure the inner gate was closed or it just didn’t work and people often didn’t shut it the other lift didn’t have this so not sure why it can’t be changed as the staff had to run up and down stairs a lot

United KingdomThere was on street parking but quite a walk to it and we had 2 people with disabilities, the ‘car park’ was ridiculously tiny for such a big hotel and not being used to it’s potential due to bins everywhere. Beds were comfortable but quite soft for my personal taste .
Property was clean throughout,and perfect for our family group. Lovely and warm with a welcoming atmosphere, staff were really lovely and attentive , rooms had everything needed , entertainment was good , not one complaint from our whole group of 18 people of mixed ages . Food was lovely in bar and restaurant and good room service. We would definitely return.

From arrival to leaving, everything was good. Car parking was easy, reception staff were helpful and friendly, the room was fresh and clean, bed was comfortable, very little noise from outside, really good breakfast, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Well done guys.

United Kingdomthe lift was terrifying.. and the gate never got shut so we often had to walk up 3 flights of stairs! evening food service was really slow (over an hour wait) even though the restaurant was practically empty most evenings.
great location, close enough to attractions but also far away enough to be peaceful in the evening. breakfast was amazing.. evening food was yummy, evening entertainment was fun.
