To be completely ridiculous- Never enough tea coffee and sugar in the rooms. Theres no bubbles to put in the bath to relax.

The staff this year were incredible! The brilliant lady who checked us in and who was happy to listen to us ramble every time we went past. And Natalie at breakfast being proud of my daughter and encouraged her and took a second out of her day to help build her confidence. Those are 2 really special members of staff!

The normal restaurant and bar facilities were unavailable due to refurbishment work but the alternative arrangements in place worked quite well.

Excellent room overlooking the Golf Course, the staff are outstanding with many familiar faces from our previous visits to this Hotel. It is very good to see that money is being invested in updating the Hotel facilities and the disruption caused by this was kept to a minimum.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding really tired and thin. The pillows were dreadful and I didn't sleep well. The walls seemed to be paper thin and you could hear every noise and voice. I kept the radio on through the night to try and drown out any noise. Not relaxing. The restaurant was closed which we knew and that was fine. The staff were great organising food after the business meeting went on longer than expected and were so lovely. The meeting room was nice and was set up for us which was good. The room really let the experience down as mentioned.

Construction works (necessary as they are) meant temporary bar and dining. Swimming pool out of order for a few days

Unavoidable due to the start of renovations, some facilities were unavailable. Could have tried harder to provide an outdoor seating area.

The food at dinner wasn't good. Seemed like most of it was frozen and not fresh. I sent my main course back.

1. I am not a big fan of the room windows being sealed closed with clear sealer (4 in a room needs fresh air) 2. With a one year old and a pet we got room 101 which is at the end of the corridor (maybe closer to lift etc would be a benefit)

Great location on the golf courses. Hotel provides great facilities, gym sauna indoor pool steam room etc, and The Rookery is a neat addition. All needs well catered for.

We were given an accessible room (wasn’t required) the wet room bathroom flooded anytime the shower was used whole room soaking the shower curtain fell down as well it was only helps up with silicone. Room was so hot at night and when I got up to open the window I realised it was siliconed shut!! I get very claustrophobic and this caused much distress also the room had a joining door to next room (was locked) but could hear EVERYTHING even when they cleared their throat it sounded as if they were in same room! Think we were just unlucky with room allocation

Pool area nice with sauna & steam room lots of kids so not really relaxing. Food was excellent and restaurant staff were fantastic! Room big & clean

The jacuzzi wasn't working and we felt that for the price we should have had breakfast included.
