We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Did not have breakfast smelt nice . Location of caravan great place good sea view felt like you were on holiday. Decking great and good outdoor setting . Nice friendly atmosphere 👌. Good all round 👍.

Jane was very helpful and the caravan was situated right by the park amenities and by the bus stop to go to Weymouth. The park and the caravan was very clean and staff was friendly and polite.

United KingdomDid not like from Haven site: price and availability of swimming, food choice, quality and price. We’ve been there out of season, or just before season start, so very much lack of entertainment, restaurants and take aways. Not sure if in season there is much more of that.
We loved the sea view from caravan and it’s quiet surroundings. Also location is very convenient for travelling to all beauty hot spots. Also we loved playing in Namco and the outdoor playground for kids.

Property was located very close to facilities which was great. Fridge was not working on arrival and the owners left a counter fridge which was perfect, new one was fitted in week. The biggest problem was you had to get passes from the park upon arrival which meant they were all sold out. Owners need to arrange passes in advance for future guests. Overall a wonderful property on a lovely location.

United KingdomThe wifi, was pretty much non existent I’m not sure if this is common on most caravan sites but we couldn’t connect to put on Netflix, but to be fair we wasn’t in the caravan much to be bothered by this! Maybe someone who doesn’t get out much of the caravan would find this frustrating.
The caravan is so well kept, comfortable and cosy. The owners were friendly and arranged check in very easily. The caravan site is wonderful, pretty quiet and offered nice sea views and a short work to the club house!

United KingdomThe current restrictions meant that most of the onsite facilities were not open. Although the indoor pool was open you could not pay for just the use of the pool, we had to buy entertainment passes but this cost us £60 which is a lot for 1 hour pool time per day any other available activities were at a cost on top of this. This does not reflect the caravan booked though the owners were amazing throughout and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay just disappointed with Havens policy.
The whole booking process, the caravan was spacious clean and in an amazing spot. The owners were really friendly and helpful and it was in a fabulous place close to lots of sightseeing places :) definitely use this caravan again

United KingdomThe advert for this holiday home is very misleading, it states on the facilities that it has DVD and Blu Ray player. It also shows pictures of towels on the beds and advertises toiletries too. We took our own towels and toiletries however if someone had took the description literally and relied on there being towels and toiletries they would have been stumped. We often like to browse charity shops solely to have a bit of fun picking a couple of old DVDs to play in the evening. we were very disappointed that there was no DVD player as advertised. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit in the evening. The bed was very comfy with a TV in the bedroom, unfortunately it had no remote control which meant you had to get up and down to change the channel or turn the volume up and down a bit annoying in this the 21st century. After a couple of days I expressed my concerns to the owner. she apologised and offered to bring her kids blu ray player, she said that she had taken all the items out the previous year due to covid restrictions. I pointed out that was a year ago. I said i wasn't usually someone who would complain but the description of facilities was very misleading. she then sent text messages saying how stressed and busy she was and she had been unwell she said they were also running a hotel in Weymouth. To be honest this fell on deaf ears particularly as i had not long myself finished treatment for lung cancer. The owner apologised. she offered her club pass, i thanked her for the offer but declined. I feel my concerns were not adequately addressed. she said she was going to change the listing and had been meaning to do it for some time. If you are going with kids you need to factor in club passes which will probably cost extra the site itself with 2 pools and big show bar does look great for kids.
The location was an excellent base to travel around the area of Weymouth. We visited Poole, Portland. Sandbanks Lyme regis the WW2 Museum in castletown was excellent. The caravan was very clean the bed was comfy The park itself was clean and the food in the Mash & Barrel on site was quite good and staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket, chippie and pizza place on site. There is a very good kebab house just outside the camp.
