The accommodation was outstanding, and what a warm welcome scones, jam and clotted cream waiting for us on arrival, one of the best caravans we have stayed in. The description of this caravan was not wrong the great reviews for this caravan were all very accurate. So much attention to detail,it has everything you would need in a holiday home and more. Very clean, with comfortable beds, and quality linen,the hot tub was clean and worked well and maintained everyday. The location is a great base to explore the lovely surrounding areas, lovely beach at Goodrington. Brixham, torquay, Paignton. Teignmouth all within easy reach with available bus services if you do not want to drive. We did the steam train to Dartmouth, highly recommend. The facilities on site looked ample for families, however we did not use as spent most of time sight seeing and on the beach and relaxing at night. Good WiFi. The host Jo, provided us with a wealth of information in the lead up to the holiday and was on hand by phone if needed. We were very lucky with the weather. We would highly recommend this caravan !

Great Communication from host, resolved an error I made with the booking really efficiently. Beautiful clean caravan with a real effort made to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. Hot tub was brilliant!

The town centre a little far not walking distance but a bus takes you there every 30 mins hop on and off all day for a fixed price takes you in and around the local areas . Beach a little far to walk to if you have a disability lots of hills .

Wonderful caravan.....thank you Jo 😊. Facilities exceeded our expectations and all the extra touches were great (cream tea was a lovely treat on arrival) The caravan was spotlessly clean and there was nothing that hadn't been thought of. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children (2 and 5). We would highly recommend and will be staying again

We booked this very last minute as a short get away and wish we could of stayed longer. Beautiful cabin with hot tub. Very clean, had full working kitchen area, en-suite toilet in main bedroom. Tv in main bedroom perfect for early rising little ones. Host left a lovely welcoming hamper also. Lovely area to stay, on site resort had a swimming pool and soft play facilities too for little ones.

The caravan was amazing clean & tidy and very comfortable, great location, the facilities was great. Close to the beach. Great communication from the owner for everything you need. The hot tub is lovely to end the day in. If your looking for a nice break away this is a place to book. The owner Jo goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is good for you.

Perfect location between amusements and site shop. Caravan was spacious and immaculately clean! Host was amazing! Very helpful from start to finish! Hot tub was beautiful addition! Nice hamper left for arrival, plus milk water and juice in fridge. Surplus of cleaning products and essentials! Very little touch had been well thought out. Beds where very comfortable! Caravan was 5***** couldn’t ask for Better!

Host was lovely and checked in with us throughout our stay, caravan was immaculate, beds were super comfortable. All information was easily available to us before our stay which was extremely handy. Hot tub was lovely to use in the evenings. Nothing I could fault 😊I would definitely recommend!
