Curtains or better fitting blinds in the window, morning light not blocked out as gaps around the Blinds fitted. So an early wake up in the morning. Booked for 3 people, not enough amenities, and tea coffee or milks supplied to accommodate us all.

For three people it's really a little too tight. There was only one roll of toilet paper available. A small roll... maybe I would leave at least two available. There were only two towels instead of three, but after reporting it they correctly proceeded to bring us two more. I would make sure to have more towels available, maybe even one for the face and I would provide a hair dryer (it would be convenient). But obviously it is not a hotel, so we realise the situation.

The location is really great. Literally around the corner there is the Bank metro stop, but the apartment is so well positioned that there is no chaos or exaggerated noises (you are still in London). They allowed us to enter the room at 14 instead of 16, which is much appreciated! For two people it is really the ideal accommodation! Clean, cosy bed, a huge window that gives so much light. The room is not very big, but there is everything you need, a small kitchen with a dishwasher and even a washing machine! Same thing for the bathroom, small but functional. You are in the middle of the commercial city, but during the weekend the offices are closed so there is peace and tranquillity. In 15 minutes on foot you are at the tower bridge! We will definitely be back (maybe only in two)

No hangers! Limited storage space for a longer stay. High luminosity outside, and coffee bar just below turns music on very early. Bed is relatively short.

Nice little studio flat hidden next to a church, took us a while to find. Seems to be newly refurbished as the built in microwave still had the manual inside and the paint smelled fresh. It was smaller than expected but was just fine for the 3 of us considering we did spend most of our time outside of the flat nonetheless I'd definitely stay here again when I'm next in the area

The bathroom needs some maintenance. The toilet seat is coming off and there is a leak under the bathroom floor so water disconcertingly squelches up between the tiles. The third bed is a VERY uncomfortable sofa bed and although we were told bedding would be provided this consisted only of a pillow and duvet with no duvet cover or bed sheets! The flat really isn’t big enough for 3 people.

Pull out chair was not suitable to sleep on like advertised. Would recommend they get a foam topper or airbed instead if wanting to sleep 3 people. How water insufficient for 3 people to shower and not enough supplies for 3 people. Awful smell.

Blinds did not cover window so sunlight streaming in early morning Towels were tiny and not fit for purpose No bath mat so floor became soaked ! Coffee Bar with no coffee only tea and hot chocolate Narrow stairway up to 4th floor ! Outside noise including rubbish collection from nearby bars/ restaurants in the early morning Coffee seller start playing music extremely loudly at 0630am Shower only had one temperature….tepid ! No complimentary water which would have been a nice touch given the pricing

The apartment is super nice and in a strategic position. It’s close to different underground stations and you can reach every part of the city in a while. The host is very kind and willing to help you. It’s been a very pleasant stay!

it was v noisy though with poorly fitting windows which meant the noise from the pub at the back and Sainsburys restocking at the front were and issue. The reason I have flagged it as passable is because unfortunately the fitting of the blinds leaves a gap at the end which means you get a light right in your eyes on the pillow of the bed.

very convenient location and easy to find and access. Spotlessly clean and good facilities and would likely be a great place to stay at the weekend.

The studio is close to the metro station Bank where construction work are running at the moment from very early in the morning (5.30 am). Two rough nights unfortunately. I was lucky the bed was very comfy. The thing I really don't like is that four days after my trip I am still waiting for my receipt to expense this business trip.... I won't recommend unfortunately to go there when on busy trip even though the location is just perfect!

Location is perfect.Very easy to get the keys but I had to send several SMS to get a message with all the instructions. The person in charge of the check-in was probably very busy but tried to be helpful.... I am still waiting for a receipt though : (

The apartment is next to 3 underground station and there are many shops next to it!!

No toilet paper. No working shower Window blinds too short for window s thereby allowing artificial light in from opposite building overnight. Fridge not emptied from previous guests.
