There was nothing to dislike!

The apartment was spotless, with absolutely everything you could imagine needing - from extra quilts to tea and coffee, hairdryers, clean fluffy towels, coffee machine.. even a spare baby bottle! We are so happy we chose Cannon House, and would highly recommend this place. The apartment itself is huge, with plenty of room for our family of four. It has a lovely, homely feel to it and we were made very welcome from the get-go. The location is ideal too. I've lived in Weston in the past so I know that the centre can get busy, particularly in tourist season, and Cannon House is perfectly situated within walking distance of the centre, yet out of the hustle and bustle. Communication with the owners was fantastic. Straight forward, friendly and fast replies. Overall, I can't rate this place highly enough, we'll definitely be back!

Very spacious Victorian property just a stone's throw from the promenade. Comfortable and clean with everything you need for a holiday or weekend away. We didn't realise one of the bedrooms had ensuite which was a bonus.

We were 4 friends ( should have been 5 but unfortunately one couldn't make it. The house was very well equipped with comfortable beds and in a good location. Enjoyed our stay.

not a complaint, just an observation, tv could do with an upgrade, and settee and other bits a bit tired and maybe need some TLC just IMO.

Location fantastic, slightly out of the main hub of weston two roads back from the main road. Abject silence at night.lovely! The apartment is well presented with a stunning entrance hallway. Very much a suprise when you open the double doors and see how big the place is!The conversion has been well thought thru, and constructed well keeping lots of the original frontage details from years gone by. All equipment that you would need is there, and cleanliness to a good standard. Parking is good. Not sure why previous reviewers have complained about the neighbour, she's so friendly and interesting, spent some time chatting with her, so engaging. Beds good, bathrooms good, kitchen very good and the big table is great for a family meal, with the doors open and the sunshine flooding in.

There are a few remarks that we would like to make for your information. None of the following observations detracted in any significant manner of our enjoyment of the property or our stay: 1. Although the kitchen contained most of the things we needed, we were not able to find any cereal bowls. 2. We generally avoided the full bathroom which had a musty odor that did not seem to dissipate with ventilation. 3. Although we were only visiting for a few days, we could have used more bath towels as we were frequently in need of showers due to the hot weather and frequent walks to and from the town.

The apartment was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. We loved the walk-in shower. We also loved the location of the property and made frequent forays into town on foot.

Everything was great. My only suggestion would be to have a small coffee table in the lounge area.

Exceptionally clean property with very comfortable beds and in a great location. There was plenty of cooking equipment which enabled us to have most meals in during our stay. The bedrooms are a good size , particularly the en-suite.

This holiday home is amazing! Caters for everything and the welcome with complimentary bottle of wine and ice in the freezer, lovely touch. Definitely would stay again! Thank you for the wonderful break.

The wifi could have been better, but when you're on holiday it's not the main thing.

We was pleasantly surprised by the property! It is very close to the sea and the apartment is very roomy! The entrance hall is grand and just generally the layout is perfect! Big bay windows in most rooms and we could just see the sea from the living room. Loved our stay! Thank you!

The sofa needs updating, it’s very uncomfortable. The WiFi was a little problematic on arrival soo if you intend to work at the property then this may be an issue. The double beds were fine, could do with new pillows though but the 2 single beds, one of them was a little dipped in the base but didn’t cause a massive issue. Although the property was clean it did smell like damp on arrival and also one of the wardrobes had someone else’s top in it. Other than that everything was ok.

The host had great communication, the apartment was pleasant and clean, a little outdated in areas but it was fine for our 3 night trip. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. Location of the property is good and the parking was also good.
