Code wasn't sent ahead of time and so we had to call. The keypad was finicky at times, but worked most of the time. The heating did not work, but thankfully it wasn't too cold at night. Still, no heat for many would be a major point of contention. We brought the issue up with the cleaning lady but she was unable to remedy the issue. The kitchen was nothing special at all and the stove was a mystery to work, but it all worked out in the end. There are places one stays that feel loved, and places where they seem to exist solely to make profit. This was the latter type of place.

The location of this accommodation was really great. Multiple bus options were right outside the door, and there was a grocery store steps away. Furthermore, the space was massive! We didn't feel cramped at all and really had space to unfurl. The neighbourhood was also quiet enough at night, and other guests were more or less respectful of regular sleeping hours.

The bathroom needs to be updated, the shower head was grimy and there was no window shower screen it was a dirty smelly shower curtain.

The location was superb, easy to access as I received a text at the time of check in. The apartment had everything you need.

The window at the apartment number 4 🪟 can't sleep at night the road is very busy , ambulance police evry 10 min , at night cars and moto to noisy at the red light , and all the noise enter inside because the window 🪟 is not isolated at all , to much noise , appartement 4 and it's directly on the street ... To noisy ... My wife cannot sleep and internet doesn't work , cut Evry 5 min ..... Check the wifi and please change the window that's it

The water in the shower was too hot to use.

The check in process was clunky, we didn’t receive the entry codes until after arrival despite being told they’d be sent, and the address lead us to the wrong door. We called up the number we were contacted on prior to arrival and they were very helpful getting us in.

Good location 15 mins walk from Kentish Town, lots of space for London, the bed was comfy and the apartment had a bathtub which is a rarity in central London.

The fact it is an apartment, traveling with a baby so having kitchen facilities was a plus . No need to wait for someone to meet you, when you arrive phone the property and they provide you with door codes. Very efficient. 30 minutes from king's cross st pancreas station and half hour walk into Camden town. Bus routes outside if you don't want to walk.

The WiFi was continuously cutting, I booked two rooms only one had the steaming services on the tv that was advertised the bed was also quite hard.

Everything was great.

I loved the location and the overall building. However, the room was smaller than what i thought i booked. The property manager was really good and made sure every query was well answered. Would definitely stay again.
