The mattresses could perhaps do with an update

We arrived early and was able to access our room early which was so helpful. All the staff we dealt with were incredibly helpful and lovely. The place was very clean, great location and had some luxury touches which weren't expected as it was such great value for the location. The mattresses were very soft, which isn't a personal preference, but didn't impact the stay and I will absolutely be booking again

Only thing which was a bit confusing was the double bed arrangement for our 12 year old. There was a photo of two double-beds, but a differently worded description of what was on offer. Bit confusing, but otherwise veery clean and nice

The kitchen could be better equipped.

Nice room, perfect for some nights stay. Clean and bright. Bathroom with nice towels and schampoo. Check in and check out worked excellent.

Room was a little cold on arrival, and couldn't figure out the heating, however this was communicated to staff who promptly helped us resolve the issue.

Good location, easy stay a little further out of the city however there is a good dumpling place a few minutes down the road. Comfortable beds, had everything we needed.

Clean with good facilities very friendly staff. I love the fluffy white towels, and the location is great for Addenbrookes hospital. There is also a Coop nearby across the road, which is extremely handy.

1) I didnt like how the property did not come with a TV in the bedroom. I think the property will benefit from TV's in every room for more comfort. 2) My room had a slight smell of Marijuana when i entered, so i'm assuming previous guests were smoking in the bedrooms. 3) The person next door to me was irritating. Walls were so thin that I could hear him cough up a storm.. At one point, he even knocked on my bedroom wall to basically tell me to keep the noise down, just because i giggled over a Tiktok video lol.

1) I liked the bed, it was very comfortable and the 4 pillows were so fluffy, i practically sank into the bed and fell asleep. 2) I also liked the fact that we were able to use the washing machine and dryer. It makes life so much easier. 3) We had access to the kitchen area, which was very clean & tidy. All items that are necessities were there, which is a bonus for not having to then go out and buy extra things. 4) The place was nice and warm with the smart heater. 5) The staff were very responsive when i needed to enquire over something. They were really friendly people, will definitely book again.

Perhaps management might consider taller bedside tables and either taller bedside lamps or wall sconces for reading on both sides of bed?

The heater wasn’t working the whole night. But the owner came the next morning to fix it.

The room itself had everything we needed, the only issue was the noise from other residents. The room next to us had a screaming baby - the rooms were definitely not soundproofed. I wouldn't recommend staying on the ground floor as the communal kitchen can be very loud as can people upstairs. The parking was helpful and the room itself was nice.

Lack of a TV and the double bed almost at floor level, not ideal for someone who has to get up off the floor. As someone who is near 6ft tall, the sloping roof was not ideal and posed several near misses with the roof. We were in room 6 during our stay.

The location was ideal for access to the city, and was spacious for the size offered at the top of the converted house. The aupplies (tea, coffee, shampoo, etc) were a nice touch.
