We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomBed sheets were worn with marks on, beds very old with ripped fabric bases, tea marks in the mugs and a spillage on the tea tray that had soaked the sugar packets. The room was sprayed with something very strong prior to us entering that set off both our asthma.

United KingdomDidn’t look well organised , all the facilities were not available like the bar or the lounge. This is Not a contradiction . Comparing to other hotels this hotel could be 100 % if all facilities were available . Only 2 plug sockets available .
Right on seafront and parking was near . Lift was working and useful . Our view was lovely right on the seafront . An electric fan was available which we did use as the weather was outstanding . Tv available which was also used .

Room given wasn't as I had initially booked,was meant to be deluxe double but turned out to be a standard.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. We were able to keep our bags on site after check out time and collect in good time to leave for the local train station . Sea views and access to beach, local shops and activities were fantastic.

United KingdomWe was told there was parking but everything we got back there wasn't anywhere to park we was told we can use the hotel carpark next door but that was full everything fortunately the staff member who checked us in let us park where he parked at the back of hotel and the room was very small there were stains on the sheet too and we couldn't use the shower as it was to small shower cubicle and there was wall paper in the window area peeling away

No facilities open for food or drinks (which tbh suited us) Unable to turn radiator off which made sleeping uncomfortable due to the heat as it was a hot weather weekend. The shower head broke when we went to use it but was able to fix ourselves. Ran out of toilet roll and had to buy own as unable to get hold of anyone to restock, Unable to contact anyone upon check out so had to leave the keys on the reception.
