Bed sheets were worn with marks on, beds very old with ripped fabric bases, tea marks in the mugs and a spillage on the tea tray that had soaked the sugar packets. The room was sprayed with something very strong prior to us entering that set off both our asthma.

Location is great, lovely view.

Double bed very small and not very comfortable. Shower too hot, thermostate not working properly. General decor and carpets in hotel looks grubby.

Very good price, clean in room, booked standard but got sea view room. Helpful staff.

Didn’t look well organised , all the facilities were not available like the bar or the lounge. This is Not a contradiction . Comparing to other hotels this hotel could be 100 % if all facilities were available . Only 2 plug sockets available .

Right on seafront and parking was near . Lift was working and useful . Our view was lovely right on the seafront . An electric fan was available which we did use as the weather was outstanding . Tv available which was also used .

Staff were no where to be seen. Divan bed was broken on arrival with no staff around we slept at the bottom of the bed

There was a hole in the wall, and my towel was dirty. Needed more milk for coffee but had to phone at reception for contact with staff. No staff around.

Staff were ignorant and had a 'couldn't care less' attitude as when I requested for fellow tenants in room next to mine to be asked kindly for their shouting to stop and intense banging, staff totally ignored it. Room given wasn't as I had initially booked,was meant to be deluxe double but turned out to be a standard.

It was noisy at night. The website boasted a dining area with a great menu, but no meals were available when we visited.

Clean and comfortable. Kettle, tea/ coffee, hairdryer and shampoo provided. Wifi was available.

Booked a double deluxe sea view I emailed and asked for a balcony never had a response. I was given a quad room, room was small, shower was not very good

When getting to our room, there were only 1 towel, booked 2 adults and 1 child, asked for 2 more towels, and said we were going out and just leave in room, we never received anymore towels, no one on site to ask, tired phoning numbers on board downstairs, no answer.

We had to put kettle on floor to boil. The room needed air con as was hot at night.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. We were able to keep our bags on site after check out time and collect in good time to leave for the local train station . Sea views and access to beach, local shops and activities were fantastic.

We was told there was parking but everything we got back there wasn't anywhere to park we was told we can use the hotel carpark next door but that was full everything fortunately the staff member who checked us in let us park where he parked at the back of hotel and the room was very small there were stains on the sheet too and we couldn't use the shower as it was to small shower cubicle and there was wall paper in the window area peeling away

We liked the fact it was so close to the pier and beach which our 10 yr old enjoyed

The bed was ripped on the size It was ment to he a deluxe room (£69) But was bog standed very basic Say had power shower but more like a drip Didt see staff in the hortel at all !!

Was shown to our room, which was horrible, pokey, drab, tv not working and no towels, after complaining was offered another room, overlooking sea, much better, hotel seemed quite empty so surprised we weren't offered the better room first, staff not available at hotel, have to call a mobile number. On the plus side, it was clean but very dated.

There was no staff to be able to check in had a ring a number for someone to come from next door. No towels in the room and only 1 mug which was dirty. No facilities open for food or drinks (which tbh suited us) Unable to turn radiator off which made sleeping uncomfortable due to the heat as it was a hot weather weekend. The shower head broke when we went to use it but was able to fix ourselves. Ran out of toilet roll and had to buy own as unable to get hold of anyone to restock, Unable to contact anyone upon check out so had to leave the keys on the reception. This hotel could have potential

Basic hotel in the quiet end of the town with a lovely view of the sea front, the balcony room made the experience we were able to upgrade to balcony view at no extra cost.

No towels in the room but staff sorted this when asked. Also no hair dryer. Having no one on reception on arrival was a bit frustrating. You gave to call the phone number left on the door. This was sorted very quickly.

No toilet roll, no towels in room,no staff on site, not spoken to about meal options despite advertising around the hotel meal times, bar closed. Unable to turn low level heating radiator off as thermostat control was missing

Quiet, clean hotel. Did not see any other visitors. The room was comfortable enough for what we needed.
