I couldnt complain about anything, everything was just perfect.

Our stayed at the farm was perfect. The decking area is very spacious and it was a massive bonus having a separate area to cook and eat (and also hideout from the rain) The yurt was so comfortable and very warm when you light the fire. Was also nice to have a private loo and shower. The views for me were the biggest surprise they were breathtaking and was a nice touch to see the animals every morning. Oh and the free eggs were amazing!!!!

There was an issue with the water supply but only for a day and Gwennan kept us informed with what was going in, as well as supplying us with plenty of bottled water!

Loved how comfortable the beds were and how nice Gwennan and the family were! There was plenty to do nearby, even if it was raining (which it tends to do in Wales!). The shower was lovely and warm, and the gift basket was a welcoming touch. The weather was great and warm enough not to use the log burner, but would be amazing in the winter.

The fact i forgot to buy some more of the honey on the way out🤣

An absolute gem of a place with views to die for...the Yurt was awesome with everything you need and the welcome treat box was a really nice touch. The honey from the ladies next door was amazing. Really handy for Dyfi bike park and the coast. Exceptional hosts and will definitely be back if we can get in.

I had meant to pack our cafetière, but forgot - the kitchen was so well equipped but a cafetière would have been a welcome addition to the kit :)

Loved our stay here, idyllic location (breathtaking views), really well equipped - truly glamping! Drinking water, and even a hot shower on site. It was very, very warm - but we visited the seaside (15 minutes away, Aberdyfi) to escape the heat of the site one afternoon, perfect!

We didn't realise there were no sockets in the kitchen so bring own charger if you are relying on phone for satnav or other.

Absolutely loved our week spent at Cae Mawr Yurt, it had everything you needed and was lovely and cosy, especially with the log burner going in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was lovely and hot. The views were stunning and a great position to explore Snowdonia and the surrounding beaches. So nice to just be able to switch off and chill. The pub in the village was also very good, very friendly and lovely food and within walking distance. All in all a lovely week!

The two single beds were a bit lumpy and small for my boys who are tall and large; but my double bed was fantastic, and totally wonderful. Would have been great to have one single socket to charge devices up; but that's not really a huge issue as power was available at the farm; hot water in the kitchen would've been great, but again not a big problem

The whole place was utterly glorious.. Location, facilities all great. Loved being in the middle of all the sheep and cows and pheasants - quite magical We felt very welcome there. I asked for a larger saucepan and a strainer and both appeared that day It's ideally situated for the whole of North Wales

My daughter would say not being able to charge her phone as no electric but I loved it, whole part of camping & we even had a conversation 😝

Everything!! The detail & effort that was put into the yurt was excellent. You had everything you needed, shower was outstanding & beds were so comfortable! Kitchen area had seating & also seating on the decking with a bbq (which we were gutted we never got around to doing!) The decking area was also perfect for our 2 year old to run around on & it was all enclosed & the sheep coming up to the fencing to see him he loved it. Waking up asking to see the tractor every morning, he didn’t want to leave. Gwen & her family were lovely, made sure we had everything & felt happy to call them if we needed anything ☺️ Can’t wait to go back next year!!!

    All great!

Photos don’t do it justice. The views and location are just amazing! The fact the sheep were all around us was wonderful and our little girl spoke ‘sheep’ to them the whole stay. Beds were lovely and comfortable and the new larger kitchen with seating area was super!! We could see that a lot of time and effort had been put into the yurt. Gwenan & Alun we’re lovely and friendly as were the rest of the family.

The decking and furniture were really comfortable. We very much appreciated the complimentary drink, biscuits, milk, etc. Gwenen couldn’t do enough to help us. The views were spectacular.

Not so much didnt like, more as thoughts for improvement. The lights weren't bright enough for reading in the evening and the toilet and shower could have done with brighter lights too. Some kind of electrical point run up from the farmhouse would also have been good and access to wifi via a booster from the farmhouse would have been great as the phone reception was challenging. A few more logs for the burner for that time of year would have been good too.

The views were nice and the yurt was very comfortable. The isolation was nice and the local pub served good food. Nice to have a hot shower too! The host added some lovely and thoughtful touches for our stay which was great.
