    Nothing!

Spacious, easily accessible from the train station and with a shop 9 min walk away and bus route to Bangor / Llandudno. Beds were super comfy and kitchen had the essentials to cook. Very quiet neighbourhood. Views over the sea and hills in the distance is just priceless on a sunny day!

Nothing, cannot fault the property at all.

Absolutely fantastic property for a couple nights stay for a golf trip. The host is fantastic with their communication and even helped to post items that I had left behind at no extra cost to myself. The house had everything I needed and was in immaculate condition. Will 100% stay here again for my next golf trip.

    Nothing!

The location is perfect for our Macmillan walk around lovely Snowdonia. The accommodation was perfect! Clean and comfy and has everything you need. Highly recommended to others. I will definitely use this place again in the future.

    Heating controls could be upgraded.

It was a lovely house and the spot it was in exceeded my expectations in rural wales. Size was ideal for our family group and everyone was happy. We could have easily stayed another day.

    .

House is beautiful. Location is in a peaceful area, with beautiful views of the Irish sea and the Great Orme. A home from home, it has everything you need. Pictures really don't do it justice

No real negatives, so only including these comments to inform future guests :-) Perhaps some more information e.g. instructions for the coffee maker would be useful. We had a panic on arrival when we couldn't find any plates - they were in the large dresser on the other side of the kitchen! Ditto towels - which were in a cupboard in the bathroom rather than out on show. We only spotted a little trolley with lots of additional saucepans on our final morning - so perhaps additional instructions on where to find everything (although I realise handouts were often taken away during the pandemic). Although very spacious, the bathroom fittings were more dated than the rest of the property (there would be room for a bigger shower cubicle as well as the bath) and some of the decor was perhaps a little rustic - although this only added to the charm for us. The bed sheets in the main bedroom had a lovely silky feel but were very hot! Parking is alongside a fairly narrow road and shared with the houses opposite so we had to park a little way further down the road, but it wasn't a big issue. I would definitely recommend this property!

Had a very comfortable short stay at the property. Furnishings were of a high quality, beds very comfortable and property spacious. Lots of trouble has clearly been taken to make the cottage feel homely. The location was also fantastic with incredible views across the golf course and fields to the sea and mountains from the sitting room and rear bedroom - stunning! I can't believe a previous reviewer complained about the lack of a pavement on some of the roads! It is a countryside location, ideal for quiet morning walks with my dog. With more time (and my walking boots) I would have enjoyed following some of the footpaths which were just a few steps from the property - maybe next time! The host was also very helpful, offering us an early check in and late departure. Would love to come again and stay for longer next time to explore the area - the local village was very pretty and the drive along the Pensychnant pass towards Conwy was breathtaking. Thank you for having us!

The description of there being parking available was not accurate- it’s a ‘first come, first served’ system on quite a narrow road which the houses opposite also use. The narrow road is also not conducive for walking anywhere either as there isn’t always a pavement. The house itself is very nice but there are a lot of steps down to it which could be a problem with accessibility issues (or a pram). Although the bathroom was quite spacious we found the shower rather cramped. It is also quite a distance to Penmaen mawr itself.

View from the rear of the property was excellent, the front yard was quite private & nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge comfortable, the bedrooms nicely coordinated with comfy beds & bedding, there were plenty of towels & hot water in the bathroom. There was also a welcome pack of chocolates, tea bags, coffee & sugar which we appreciated. As we were the first guests to use the house there were a few ‘teething’ problems which Jess resolved for us.
