Toilet Long flight of stairs, no lift

The toilet in the attic studio stinks. Even when flushed. If the toilet door is left open, the whole studio flat smells. Perhaps the tube is backed up. But it's definitely unpleasant.

Staff was not available any time. They dont reply or reply so late. There was no thermostat to control the temperature of the room.

The staff are really slow in responding, and have to go through stages just to ask a question! But at the end everything was sorted out.

Very clean place and very well arranged, everything worked and was very pleased, I would recommend the place to a friend or even go again

Over all this place is great for the money. We were unfortunate to have stayed on a night where vandals damage the property putting bricks through two windows and a door, this wasn’t the apartment we were staying in. Sleep was very disturbed until 1.30am due to emergency repair being carried out by one of the tenants, who was lovely, apologised for disturbance of him boarding entrance and welcomed us to the building. Our room was super hot the thermostats wouldn’t go lower than 24 degrees and the window wouldn’t unlock, I didn’t message the contact number as I’m sure they would have helped. Food plates were dirty so was the over tray and we didn’t have enough cutlery for both of us to eat, there are no working sink plugs, not really biggie. We would stay again and I’m sure would have a much more restful stay.

The room had everything you need, bed comfortable, sofa, kitchen with good facilities, shower room, towels and back toiletries. Was waiting for codes to come through so messaged the contact for help, he was fab, called straight away made sure we got in and resent the door codes. We’d stay again, good value for money.

1.Host has not returned deposit, despite it being 2 days since our stay. No communication or response… this Feels like a scam to keep deposit of £100 for a room that cost £50. 2.There had clearly been a smoker in the property prior to our arrival and the odour lingered, despite being told it was no smoking (which is important as I am pregnant)…clearly had been smoked in before we arrived.

It was very warm , only a small window to open and no fan . The £100 deposit wasn't made clear before booking and not necessary If you don't charge it for bookings through air b+b just bookings through this site.

Everything you could need for a stay , comfy , clean and secure. Even tea , coffee and milk ect . We were impressed.

There were no towels in the room when we arrived, I contacted to ask for some and was advised this would be arranged but this never happened so had to purchase our own towels. There was also a stagnant, smokey smell (especially in the bathroom). The apartment building is also very noisy, maybe made worse by the fact that the room is situated close to the main entrance. Overall, not happy with the stay and in future I would opt to stay in a hotel.

The room was dirty, the carpet was filthy, there was hairs, stains and marks all over the bathroom. The smell in the bathroom was disgusting, it smelt as if someone had been smoking and with having no ventilation it had been lingering in the room.

The room was spacious and had everything you could need - bed, couch, tv, bathroom, kitchen area.

Nothing was all good

The whole room was lovely and just like they had advertised on the bookin.com site. we have really enjoyed staying here as it made our time visiting friends more enjoyable.knowing we had home from home comforts to go back to. We like to go every year to visit friends and I would like to be able to book here again.

Absolutely disgustingly dirty floor, crumbs, food, hair all over the carpet. Hair and old shower bottles in the shower, unsanitary. The floor was the disgrace though.

the location is not great. The room was so dirty when I arrived & I had to give the whole apartment a thorough clean. the microwave smelled so bad I had to scrub it clean & the bathroom wasn’t good at all! it was much cleaner when I left than when I arrived. the alarm kept going off throughout the night which wasn’t great. there were some, what I would class as essential items, missing from the kitchen which I had to go & buy myself. as I was there for 3 weeks, it would’ve been nice to have the towels replaced half way through. there wasn’t always room to park as there was only space for around 6 cars but there are more than 10 apartments.

the room itself was perfectly adequate for what I needed on this trip.

Needs better communication line between renter and customer. I was struggling to call numbers provided. one number was no longer in use and after about 15 minutes the next number worked after I was given the wrong code and walked into a occupied room and was then waiting outside trying to chase up what had happened
