No working TV Difficult building to negotiate and find the way around.

Lovely flat - spacious and light Comfy bedroom though couldn't get TVs to work. Owners were good about arranging to collect a left/forgotten item.

Everything … - dirty - broken blinds - dirty unwashed bedding - cigarette burns on both bed side tables - no light bulbs in either bed side lamp - urine stained toilet - chewing gum stuck to dinning table - filthy carpets - filthy sofa - last but no means least, no chance of sleeping as people partying until 3 am!!

Nothing, the property was nothing like the pictures which have been taken years ago before the place has been wrecked.

The whole experience from start from finish was very stressful for me, I had trouble getting in to the building and to make matters worse was that the host was completely unresponsive to me. Soon after figuring it out myself I entered there was smart whips on the stairs, cleaning equipment still left outside my door and inside as if the cleaner could not be bothered to remove their equipment? I know they didn’t clean the place properly as there was a cigarette butt in one of the mugs, and one of the toilets was clogged up with blue roll which made me feel even more uncomfortable. The place advertised free tea, coffee but there was not even any sugar available and the sponge looked almost mouldy and absolutely battered. The bedding was a weird jeans bedding. The wardrobe was broken. There was holes in the sofa couch. The whole experience has been extremely stressful and far from what it was advertised.

There was a broken blind which meant i had no privacy in the main living room and my partner (who is religious) could not use the living at all which was very inconvenient, other than this the stay was okay but was a let down unfortunately

The little struggle at check-in as the key fob was not in the key lock but with just a call, everything has been fastly resolved.

I don't understand the bad reviews as I just spent the weekend there and I loved the flat. Beautiful, clean, connected and all what you need. I felt like home. And the hosts were very kind as well. I would recommend it and looking forward to returning.

The reviews to make it a 9.6 rating are, in my opinion, fake. Most are single word, from accounts that are dubious. It is not a 9.6 property. The location is poor. it’s in a rough part of Bradford, parking on weekdays is horrific (people who work in Bradford park there as it’s free) and there’s broken glass and rubbish everywhere. I did not feel safe. I arrived at 10pm to find a street full of cars with lights on, music, and McDonalds wrappers all over the place. It’s a place where people come to hang out. The process for getting in is not well described. The downstairs entrance to the apartments stank of weed - there is a bucket used for putting cigarettes out, there was food and trash left in the hallway. The apartment living area and kitchen is immaculate. The bathroom needs some DIY (seal the bath!) but is ok. The bedroom is unacceptable. I didn’t take my socks off as the carpet is heavily stained with what looks like blood and other stains. The door has a panel ripped off. There was an empty wine bottle on top of the wardrobe. Used towels in the wardrobe. the blinds have numerous ‘slats’ missing which means you can’t block light out.

the apartment had no privacy the blinds were broken, there was only one fork in the kitchen we had to eat with a spoon! there was rubbish in the kitchen. the bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible! cleanliness in general was non-existent! the furniture very dirty and full of cigarette marks! apartment to avoid!

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and was able to help with issues with the lock box, but was quickly sorted.

The apartment was lovely, very spacious, had everything you would want kitchen with all dishes and utensils. The living room had a nice vibe and with all the apps on TV, you can watch films and listen to music. Bedroom was amazing and overall a great place to stay. Definitely recommend.
