You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomI liked the view of the rowing lake from the hotel and the wildlife in there natural habitat. The staff were very accommodating, letting me check in early. The room was bright and fresh but overnight some elution sounds could be heard from other rooms. The breakfast was well stocked with everything I expected and tasted fresh. Overall a good place to stay and I will be staying here on my next visit to Peterborough.

PortugalThe room lacked conveniently placed electricity sockets. It was hard to use our electronic devices. The bed side tables were very far from the beds which wasn't very convenient for drinks phones books etc. Also the lighting in the rooms wasn't very good. I have been in your hotel several times and I found other rooms to be better equipped RE my complaints

United KingdomUnfortunately the room we were given was very damp and had a very strong smell of mold I asked to change and eventually given another room and the shower was cold,the food was mediocre limited menu and hit and miss as to how warm it was my husband had to send his stake back as it was inedible, my pasta was dry and not as described on menu, the breakfast was very nice.

Lovely staff, had on site car charging and our room was on the ground floor. Clean and tidy. Only 10 minute drive into the centre of the city.

United KingdomDifficult to connect to Wi-fi. Breakfast was great on one day, and the same the next day but needed topping up. The evening meal in the restaurant is mediocre, not much choice other than beef burgers, pies or fish with chips. Where were the vegetables? ~The rooms are not cleaned daily or the beds made. No information about Wifi in the "manual", and the TV remote didn't work very well.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Walk in shower was good, water was hot. Kettle and tea making facilities available. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The view is splendid. No air conditioning but a fan was provided. Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board were also provided. Mugs provided rather than tiny cups.
