I dint like the fact the bar was closed, after a very long day at work, i was looking forward to a drink and something to eat, but had to go off site for this

The shower was not great, water took ages to heat and wasn't really hot enough even then

The temperature control in the shower, water was scalding hot and just couldn't get it to cool down.

The only disappointing thing was the bed which was cheap and quite uncomfortable

Nothing really.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The manager went the extra mile to help us when we needed anything. The location was great very near the beach and pubs and resteraunts. The hotel was clean and had been recently refurbished and looked really nice. Also plenty of parking spaces at the hotel was a real bonus.

Check in ( 15:00 ..a bit late ) n check out ( 10:00... too early ) times . The hotel needs a room to store visitors belongings . I arrived 13:00 n nobody was at the reception n I had to sit around for over an hour before I gave up n went to nearby pub 🤔

Asked for more packets of Tea and milk, staff refused said once given for the day can not give again.. surprising and felt rude behaviour across all staffs for this!!

We was under the impression there was a Pool and Spa on site but this had been discontinued. We was made aware of this after we booked. On arrival there was still a sign up at the front of the hotel advertising these facilties.

The Hotel was located near to the beach. The parking facilities was excellent, with plenty of marked bays. The hotel bar was excellent with a good selection of wines, beers and spirits and the bar staff very friendly.. The availabilty of the guest laundry room is a feature we did not expect and was very useful.

The water pressure in the shower was really low. We only stayed for one night, so it wasn't a big issue, but I'd keep that in mind if staying for a few days.

The cheesy entertainment music in the evening coming through the window. It's their effort at being more than a 3 star hotel but it felt like I was at a Butlins.

The room was above the bar and the entertainment was easily heard until around 10:30, not a major inconvenience, but if we'd wanted an early night there was no chance. Room was clean generally, but some areas especially in the bathroom obviously hadn't been cleaned for some time (under shelves and behind toilet) not to a terrible level, but slightly concerning.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient - the quickest check-in I've ever experienced. The room was nice and hot drink supplies were generous including biscuits.
