Be aware it’s a third (top)floor apartment (although stairs are manageable), and it’s proximity to railway - although it was quiet over Xmas and not disturbing in any way.

Comfortable and spacious , good comms with owner, well appointed and central to local attractions. Good to have a small balcony for fresh air

There was nothing which would deter us from returning to Buckingham Court. It depends what level of comfort or luxury you are used to, but for us it was more than adequate. It is nice to have the space and independence of an apartment, and to return to somewhere warm and quiet after a busy day out.

Buckingham Court is well situated, within easy distance of the station for trips to London, and the parking space is a huge bonus. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with a well equipped modern kitchen. The host, Ian, was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Buckingham Court to anyone wanting a few days in St Albans, or going into London. We could hear the trains on the nearby line, but the noise was not intrusive. Nice, comfy bed and linen.

A beautiful 2 bed apartment. The open floor plan is gorgeous. You really feel at home in the property with all the amenities you need. Ian even sorts out parking for you

We could have done with mirrors in the bedrooms for doing hair and make up but I think the hosts are working on improving that aspect.

Very comfortable, well located apartment. Ian was very pleasant and helpful. Well equipped apartment with a nice welcome pack. I loved the sounds of the trains and the birds. Neither went on all night!

The only thing that worried me at first was the train line right behind the flat (I am a very light sleeper) but actually either the trains stopped or I slept through them so it didn't turn out to be a problem.

Ian was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. The flat was spotless and easy to find. It was walking distance from a selection of restaurants/the centre of town. The bed was SO comfortable.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t enjoy at all. The apartment was great, and the owners very attentive and accommodating . St Albans was wonderful!

The location of the property was great! It was a lovely walk into the Centre via the beautiful church which had benches you could sit and enjoy the surroundings on your way.

Wonderful place to stay and great for the town Centre and transport links. Host most helpful and kind, assuring I had a nice stay. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended. I'll be back!
