This bnb is faultless, pricing was on point.

Liz and Graham have an unfounded beauty of a bnb in the Lake District. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Liz’a smiley face, northern tones and cuppa tea. From the moment we arrived it was like being in a family home. Breakfast was 10/10 and nothing could be faulted. Newly renovated rooms and a beautiful family feel dining area this place is a hidden gem. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Windermere.

The personal information packets we received from Liz and Graham guided our trip and adventures during our stay. High quality breakfast. Very clean premise and a room with a great view. Everything was perfect

Liz and Graham were perfect hosts and made us feel so welcome at the start of our trip to the Lake District. The location was ideal to explore the local restaurants and activities, and the breakfast was the exceptional. The room was nice and cosy, providing a great place to relax at the end of the day. Liz and Graham truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home and all of their recommendations on walks, things to do and places to eat made our trip in Windermere one to remember. They were even so kind to post our forgotten headphones to London at no extra cost. If we ever return to Windermere, Brook House is the only place for us. Thanks again!
