    Beds were awful! Broken springs it felt like! Really hot too in the hotel! All very dated.

    No Air conditioning, it’s too hot, only way to make room cooler is open window, but it’s too loud due to near by train station. Need to upgrade air conditioning.

    Payable internet (7 gbp per night per device) is just not acceptable and I found it outrageous. the staff was unfriendly, chewing gum, speaking poorly, unwelcoming. My window was broken, I called room service in vain, and i barely managed to close it myself as there was no handle and the room was getting cold. My neighbours were very loud and fighting and shouting every evening, no one came to calm them down.

    I liked the location that was easy to find and close to my office in Canary Wharf

    During check in I wasn’t given directions to my room, I had to ask, the wifi options weren’t mentioned, number to dial for reception or any info about the available restaurants or breakfast times. I had to pay an additional £7 for wifi although the card with my room key stated ‘prepaid internet’ and it is something I would expect is factored into what I’ve already paid. Also the room service food was good, however, the sauce sachets such as tomato ketchup and mayonnaise didn’t taste very nice so spoilt it slightly. The location of the plug sockets to charge your phone were inconvenient. No bedside plug as lamps have different socket, the kettle plug was squashed in behind the wall frame and others away from the bed or desk.

    Lack of tea bags, 2 only throughout our 2 day stay, maybe look into increasing this. Outdated furniture, the wardrobe door of which came away in our hands

    Very long queue at reception to book in. The room was very noisy, with both external noise from DLR/tube and also internal with a dog barking at 10.30 one evening!

    However, the room was incredibly hot and we were staying during a time when outside air temperatures were in the single figures. The air-conditioning was set to 16degrees celsius but it still wasn't possible to reduce the temperature of the room to below 26degrees. It isn't possible to open any of the windows yourself so staff needed to be called to do this. They also gave us a room fan but even then, it was only possible to reduce the room temperature to 25degrees. I wouldn't recommend staying here in the summer.

    The location of the hotel was ideal with its proximity to two different underground stations which include the Jubilee and Elizabeth Lines.

    Love the view of the room, and the property location.

    This was my second time here I was given 2 single bed after I booked and paid for a double bed room, the one bed was taller that the other which was the most uncomfortableness I’ve experience sleeping

    Room is expensive, but there is no internet access. Very poor mobile network in the room even. Now a day a two-star hotel offers free internet access; however, this four-star hotel charges seven pounds per device for internet service.Which is totally disappointed. Also I called customer service additionally called customer service, but no assistance was provided.

    Very dated. The beds could be more comfortable and bigger. Room was extremely hot and hard to cool down using the aircon. Shower was either extremely hot or cold.

    Fantastic location for a night out in Canary Wharf. Easy to check in and out. Plenty of parking spaces.

    Check in took so long! I have no idea why it takes 5-10 minutes to check someone in. The rooms were so hot and you couldn’t open a window and the air con and fan didn’t make a difference

    Very nice location. The place was clean and the bathroom was very modem. The rooms were also a decent size.

    The bed is too old also the furniture in the room, basin hole is too dirty . Toilet is not hygiene friendly.

    The air conditioning didn’t work at all, when I asked someone to come and have a look I got an employee with some tools who just opened the window, which wasn’t ideal as I then got the noise from the DLR. check in queues were horrendous

    It was a Good location, and the room was comfortable and quiet
