Hotel is located strategically in city centre and walking distance to most known areas. I like to comment the Customer Service Manager, Mr Arnab. & also Ms Sangeetha who works at the cafe/restaurant. They were friendly, attentive & helpful. Thank you to them for making our stay enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

It wasn’t the property although on the Saturday night our meal was spoilt because the area was so hot! The AC did not appear to be working although the bedrooms were fine. The lower Receptionist Steve was rude unhelpful with no attempt to resolve the situation of us having two cats and not realising No Pets Allowed. The manage a young lady was polite helpful and said she would not send us out on the streets. We agreed that the room would be inspected for damage etc The room was perfect when we left as our cats have been taught how to behave! They don’t scratch the furniture use their litter tray and don’t make any noise. We were so grateful to her. Steve apparently has bern there twelve years! Don’t know how with his lack of people skills and attitude!! He constantly spoke over me and had the smirk on his face. He was a bully!

Very clean and light. Modern and had several very nice seating areas. Parking is tight on site in the middle of the city with disabled parking and a lift to reception. Loved having a fridge in the room.

Suffering from vertigo whilst travelling in the glass lifts as the internal ones were out of action.

The extra bed was very uncomfortable and disappointing, like a cheap camping bed. While the room was big enough to put an extra bed.

The only problem was the ncp next to hotel which wasn’t really the hotels fault but was a nuisance getting out.

Perfect rooms for families spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful free bands for the kids for ice cream. It was really hot during our stay and the air con wasn’t very cooling asked the lady on the reception if there was any fans and straight away she went and brought 2 fans up to the room so we were comfortable thank you we didn’t get your name

Having to go under the subway to get to it where there are lots of rowdy homeless people or if you take the road way it’s much longer and over big roads.

Check in was smooth and i was happy i did not have to pay secuirty deposit of £50 which i was made to pay the last time i was there.
