We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe have stayed previously, so went back as it was superb last time too, however, and this is the only downside with the Brisbane, but very important that future guests are aware of, as we wasn't until the night of arrival. There is no restaurant, that we could live with, but there also no bar? We'd been out for a drink and then returned to finish the night off with a couple more beers, but when I asked what time the bar closed, was told there wasn't one, but I could have a pint in my room? Why would I want to do that, we'd already been out for some food and wanted another beer in a nice seating area for a chat, without my 87 year old father in law having to venture back out. I've never stayed at a Hotel which doesn't have a bar, despite there being pumps in the Breakfast room next door. Sorry to go on about it, but this did put a bit of a damper on our stay there and will need to reconsider when booking my next trip.
The room was very nice and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal and the parking was a bonus. Staff were all very friendly.

United KingdomThe fact of no evening meal. When we came in at night the bar was closed. No atmosphere most people like to sit at a bar and chat. Really let themselves down in these areas. Nothing at all at night. Would not go back as it was a case of going up to your room after you were out having your meal. I think they should have these facilities available as part of your stay. Especially when it is off season and the weather was not good. The breakfast was very nice. Disappointed about the evening experience ☹️☹️
