Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaGreat location, clean room with all the basics. Very comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast with friendly staff all round. The young man and lady in the dining room were so helpful, I watched them with quite a few older guests and they really went above and beyond. Overall very happy and would recommend and have no hesitation in booking again.

The staff were so lovely and really do everything they can to make your stay the best. I love how dog friendly the hotel is, the only place the dogs can't go is the dining room which is understandable but they do have tables set up in the function room meaning that you can eat your breakfast in there with your dog,s if like us, you don't want to leave in the rooms whilst you go down for breakfast.

The location is brill, hotel is always nice and clean and the staff are great always polite and happy to help. And its dog friendly which is good my dog comes everywhere with me this is my second visit. Also buffet breakfast is great as you can choose what you want and dont want good selection.

We found the staff very friendly and accommodating. We were also pleased that arrangements were made so that we could eat with our dog at the hotel.
