It was an aposlutely lovely stay. The room was very clean and tidy. We had everything that we needed and even more (etc shampoo). The location was great, the train/bus/tram stations are all up to 5minutes walk from stay. I especially liked the view from the room. Not to forget, the host was so nice and helpful with everything, I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone who are visiting Manchester. :)

Just to say something negative, it’s a bit far from the city center. But it wasn’t a big problem for me, cause there’s a tram stop close to the flat.

I like the hospitality of Claudia. She’s really nice and open to any questions about life in Manchester. Also, the private toilet was good and bed was in a good condition.

Claudia was a great hostess. She was very friendly and always open for a little chat. The apartment is well-located, there is a tram station nearby that takes you to the city center in 20 minutes. I can only recommend the accommodation and would book it again myself at any time.

The bathroom, although private, is actually separated from the bedroom. This is something to keep in mind. This is a homestay with the owner. She usually works/relaxes in the living room lounge area. It'd be more fair to remove the photos for advertising the lounge area, because practically it is not available to the guest, and that is OK for me. Living room is not part of the rental anyway. It's better to make it clear upfront in the descriptions and photos to avoid any false expectation.

The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen were all very clean and organized. The host Claudia was very friendly and professional.

Claudia was an exceptional host! She was super lovely and helpful, everything was sparkling clean and smelled really nice, too. The location is convenient as the neighborhood is quiet and nice and the commute to the city center (via metrolink tram) is comfortable and short. Would definitely stay again if I'm coming back to Manchester!

Really nice homely place. The host is very caring and friendly, always making sure that you’re comfortable. Also you get a private bathroom all to yourself. The tram station is really close by and all the big grocery stores are literally few minutes walk. The best part about the place is that you get Peak District view from the bedroom window
