It didn’t bother us as it was well double glazed but the property is right on the main road into Eastbourne and it was very busy most of the day/evening. We knew this before booking once the windows were closed, and curtains were drawn. We were not aware of road noise at all.

Loved the location as it was right on the seafront, but away from the hustle and bustle. The property was spotlessly Clean and there were lots of lovely little attention to details for example a small bottle of fresh milk in the bedroom. The little fridge ran very quietly so no noise at night. Mark who owns the property was very warm and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best way I’ve ever had being away.

Very friendly couple, nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Exceptional breakfast. We had a beautiful view from a lovely balcony in our room. I would definately recommend staying here we will be returning.

Off-street parking is available at the sides and rear of the property - how close you can get to the property could be reliant on time of the day. We were in and out a lot - the worst case we had was a 100 metre walk. However, all valid parking in this area is free.

Breakfast was delicious and the service and attentiveness with it. Mark and Christine (owners) work seamlessly to provide a great start to the day for their guests. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean.

Eastbourne parking for disabled.Areas on yellow lines not clear as ?worn out. Parking much clearer in Hastings Brighton etc. plus good and clear signs for public toilets with free parking outside

The only thing that let's this place down like so many seaside towns is parking, but I was fortunate enough to find a space nice and close.

I loved this place so much I don't want to review so I can easily get a room again, the host was well spoken well mannered and could not do enough. The breakfast was delicious, my only little gripe is that you're not allowed food ie take away there, which is unfortunate as the balcony is a perfect setting for an Al Fresco dining, but totally understandable as some people may have left rubbish in the past, but apart from that it was absolutely perfect my fiancee and I absolutely loved our weekend she had a perfect 50th so all in all this place deserves a cracking 12 out of 10

Room- Spacious with a big bed and clean ensuite, Private Balcony- Great seaview with awesome sunrise Breakfast- Quality food and coffee. English breakfast (just the right quantity) served hot within 5 to 8 minutes of ordering Location- Walking distance from everywhere including train station Buses nearby. Sea front across the road. ost- Warm, helpful,friendly, attentive without being overbearing Things to do- Hop on hop off open top bus over the Seven Sisters. Eat and drink- At the Marine pub Traditional food done really well

There are.no down sides.

Breakers is very clean, comfortable and peaceful, the owners of lovely and attentive and is location allows you.to be right beside the beach and within walking distance of town. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Well, what can i say about breakers. Its beautiful. Its clean, it's friendly. It's outstanding. The breakfast was incredible. The bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. The owners are amazing. Always making sure your needs are met. It's definitely home from home

Parking in surrounding streets was abit difficult to find a space, but when we did we walked to the town/ pier etc which wasn't a problem and took approx 15 minutes

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is lovely - facing the seafront. The owners were welcoming, letting me drop my suitcase off earlier than check in. The entire property was very well decorated and spotlessly clean. My room was well equipped and comfortable, and the double shower room for my single room was huge. The breakfasts are fantastic!
