Offered in the spirit of continuous improvement: 1. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels/ clothes. 2. Took about five minutes to find Newark house as it is not identified above the door like the other two buildings. (Or maybe I need to go to spec savers). A little more detail perhaps on the instructions for entry? Thankfully it was not raining.

The building was not properly marked so we (and a few others) had some hurdles finding the correct building and had to ask around. First apartment we were given didn’t have a wardrobe (just a very small box room with no option to hang anything). We were then assigned a different apartment that had space to hang clothes as we booked for 4 nights. They could have provided soap, hangers and spare bin bags. We booked for 2 adults, however only 1 set of towels were provided. We had to request for these and it was resolved within 24 hours. Some dishwashing liquid and dish cleaning sponge could also have been provided. We brought our own so didn’t request for these.

New and clean. Comfortable and fairly quiet. Ample parking. Shower and hot water was great. WiFi was fairly good.

It was difficult to figure out how to turn the radiator on and adjust the temperature - not user friendly and no instructions available

Sofa bed a little uncomfortable but aren’t they all anywhere.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen had sufficient equipment for meal preparation and washer was handy. Great value for money. Very prompt response from management when necessary

Be careful with the bathroom door, as I was locked for 40 minutes, the lock stuck. the pillows are hard, one of the bath towels had a musty smell and was unusable. I think there should be more towels and toilet paper to last a week (I had mine, but if I had asked they would have provided). It's little far from everything, there are no markets nearby to walk to.

everything was very clean, had everything I needed, good wifi, good washing machine, intercom with camera , small but comfortable, easy check in, I managed to get in ahead of time and was able to easily extend another night. same as in the photos.

Got checked-in in the first room, found a random opened water bottle, someone's rubbish in the bin and tons of dirt and dust all around the room and bathroom. TV was extremely dusty and at the edge of falling off the wall. Smell in the room was unbearable, mixture of dirt, bad ventilation and dusty carpet. I contacted staff and my room was changed. In the second one just general bad first impression, some random duvet sticking out of the sofa. Massive holes in the towels. Again very dusty all around with lots of long black hair in the bedroom. No hot water in the evening (it was after 11pm so I just took cold shower), thank god hot water came back in the morning, so had a proper shower then. Overall unpleasant experience, very poor housekeeping in general, lots of cobwebs in the wall and in the corners, dust, poor rooms maintenance: lots of cracks and random holes in the walls. I wouldn't want to repeat it and wouldn't recommend it either. See pictures for reference.

how the double beds were too single beds put together it disappointed me as i paid extra for a double bed when i could have got 2 single bed room and put the bed together and the wifi was really bad

Decent enough for a couple of nights stay…didn’t realise it was in the middle of an industrial estate.
