If I were to offer ideas for improving, a few more mirrors and some softer lighting in the lounge. Curtains in the bedroom that block more of the light. The dogs downstairs were a bit noisy, 5am one morning, but I would happily book again.

Location was great, next to a supermarket was a plus.Very comfortable. Had everything we needed.

Suggest they put a protective cover on mattress, I didn't notice until I did the required stripping the bed and this would be sensible for a place where so many guests stay. Heating was on timer but didn't come on so had to manually do that but they left good instructions. Was a bit stressed I wouldn't have internet access to get key code at the time I would be allowed in. I understand why this is given out so late but meant I couldn't prepare before I left home.

Location was central. Loved the different levels. Had access to TV, bed was comfy. Good decor and clean. The flat was warm and snuggly and perfect for visiting town.

Only draw back was the stairs it's on two levels and some of the steps were at different levels. Just something to be aware of

Really good location, clean and tidy nicely decorated, it was very kind that milk coffee tea and cereal was left for us too, and toiletries In the bathroom so u didn't have to bring too much with u.

(Would have like to give these small details as private feedback to the host, rather than in a public forum, but no option available for this). The sash window in the living room would not close once it was open - maybe a broken cord? Plenty of knives, plates, glasses and cups and cooking pots, but would have liked some serving dishes/platters for salad, pasta etc instead of serving straight from the pan. And a sieve to drain pasta plus abrasive scourer to clean sticky pans. There was only one tea towel, which got wet very quickly, and no option for recycling things like bottles. In the bedroom/bathroom area there are no chairs, towel rails, hooks or shelves to hang clothes and towels on; to store toilet bags, clothes and cases; or to sit on while getting dressed. Just a few hangers in the bedroom. The bed is very low and one of the wooden slats kept falling off. I found the shower difficult to operate - the shower head sprayed water in all directions - maybe I couldn't work out how to get it to stay in place? The containers for hand wash and shower gel were practically empty, but there was plenty of shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser and a good hairdryer. All these 'complaints' are seriously minor and could easily be fixed. Finally the two sets of stairs are very steep with small tread - I didn't find this a problem and the stairs added to the charm of the house, but they would be challenging for some. Thank you for a great stay in Glastonbury.

Location was perfect for visiting Glastonbury - right in the centre of the action plus close to petrol station and supermarket. Comfortable living room with sofa and TV; fridge and freezer of a good size meant I could store all my food as I was on a 10 day self-catering trip; lovely view of the Tor; bedroom was spacious; apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the artworks, vintage fireplace and candles for romantic atmosphere. There were plenty of cleaning products. Check in and check out was easy with clear instructions. Charming layout and good lighting. Nice breakfast bar with two stools. Slept really well in a cosy, comfortable bed. Parked my car up the road as instructed - about 120 metres from the apartment.

Shower mixer tap was undone so flooded the bathroom floor. Very difficult to control the temperature. Shower head doesn't move so not great if you are tall or short. Nowhere to hang towels. Loo seat doesn't fit so won't stay up. No water supply to top head of shower. Had to wash crockery and glasses before use. Phoned to confirm supplies available but on arrival there were no tea bags and the coffee was solid in the canister.

Superb location. Very well equipped. Very spacious. Good facilities.

Parking or lack of was a little inconvenient. I did find a spot in a near by residential road which served for the weekend. Made loading and unloading difficult.

It was clean, convenient and beautifully presented. I loved the view of the Tor from the lounge and bedroom. It felt cosy and safe.

a really nice property, well equipped and very central to Glastonbury high street, easy walk to the Tor and chalice wells, and a bonus view of the Tor from the window. Nice shower and bath which was a bonus after long days exploring. lovely simple decor..very nice and comfortable

The neighbours! Loud arguing, banging and barking and a garden full of poo. I was nervous about being on second floor at night with only one door to property and no burn door between floors. (If you panic about things like that it’s worth mentioning.)

Location- so central and great to watch the world pass by. Quick walk to Morrisons. Clean, well equipped, well decorated. Comfy bed. Lots of info about local services. Friendly owners.
