Room was very comfortable, breakfast was well presented and tasty. The hosts were amazing. The location was a short walk to the harbour and all the restaurants along the front.

This was a real find! Fantastic hosts and fabulous breakfast. Really well placed location to explore Anstruther and surrounding areas on foot. Lovely room, spotless and well equipped with everything you could need. Our only mistake was not staying longer. Thanks Rob and Catriona - Hope to see you soon

A warm and welcoming B&B from beginning to end of stay with everything you could want. Wonderful variety for breakfast with freshly cooked hot food on a hot plate. Nice one Robert! We hadn't thought of B&B but reading the reviews changed our minds. A hard working couple who deserve the great reviews. We will visit again if we are in East Neuk

We stayed at a few places on our Scotland trip, and this was hands down the best. The room is beautiful and well maintained, the owners are friendly, food was great, it's a short distance to the harbor etc. etc.

The breakfast was great, the location was on a quiet street within walking distance to the waterfront. We really enjoyed the patio with chairs just outside our room where we could sit with coffee in the morning. We also really enjoyed the small house out back with a pool table and dart board. We would definitely stay here again!

Obviously en-suite would have been preferable but Robert did advise us in advance. The private bathroom was lovely fresh and clean and shower was amazing. Husband loved sea kelp moisturiser

Robert ensured that our stay at Brackness was everything you would’ve wanted. The room was very comfortable,clean & has all the little extras over and beyond the normal accommodation. Breakfast was exceptional, fresh fruit and yoghurts, full Scottish breakfast with quality ingredients. Would definitely return.

Very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and spacious rooms with a walking in ensuite. Booked the room only an hour before my arrival as it was a last-minute booking. I received a message from the owner confirming they would be in for my arrival, even though they were out for the day. I found this very assuring. My son loved the man cave at the bottom of the garden, with pool and darts. Breakfast was very good, with no shortage of food and refreshments, I may well come back with my wife in the future. Very close proximity to main street on the front of Anstruther for food and drink. Only a 4 minute walk.

Fantastic stay at a lovely property with great amenities. I could move into the bathroom - such luxury, especially the shower. The breakfast was delicious and prepared exactly as desired - we were asked by Robert, the host, the night before what we wanted.

Our hosts, Robert and Catriona, were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Location was quiet, but ideal for access to town centre and harbour and for bus services to other locations. Breakfast was great, plenty of options (including some home made jam). The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Nice lounge, garden and games area. We would not hesitate to recommend this B & B to anyone going to this area.

The hosts were wonderful, even suggesting getting the local bus into St Andrews via the coastal road. The breakfast was cooked/made to order with a lot of choices. Our room was beautifully decorated to a high standard with an amazing shower. A 5 min walk into the harbour with a variety of places to eat. You will enjoy.
