Nice boutique apartment, especially high standard clean and comfortable. Easy access to small town centre, nice break for breakfast, lunch, tea and evening meal there, also pub! Lovely walk around the original buildings (amazing), history - Captain George Vancouver, King's Lynn Museums and small dock - pop in for homemade cake afternoon tea by the dock.

Blinds didn't block lights enough from front street Bed, pillows uncomfortable. Felt quality of quilt and pillows let the "boutique" style down

Unfortunately the pub next door had a band playing the second night we there and them loudly loading their equipment into a van right outside in the early hours spoilt an otherwise lovely night's sleep! It wouldn't put us off staying again though

The sofa was small and not massively comfortable and the table and stools were fine to sit and have a coffee but not great for eating a meal.

The property itself was lovely. Absolutely spotless and beautifully presented. Loved the little Easter touches too! The Housekeeper finished early so owners texted me to say we could gain access at 1pm instead of 3pm.

Very low water pressure. Can be noisy with pub and traffic due to the large single glazed frontage (listed).

Lovely cozy two level flat very well equipped with friendly helpful owners. Easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Unique and qwirky conversion of old town building.

Think the mattress may need upgrading seriously uncomfortable for us. And bathroom towels although match the colour scheme beautifully they are too small, need Bath sheets.

Fabulous place, everything you could possibly need in a compact yet spacious apartment. Situated in the center of Kings lynn, close to shops and bars but still fairly quiet. 24h car park a couple of minutes walk away at a charge of £2.90.

As we are getting on a bit - in our mid-60s! - perhaps a more comfortable table to eat at would be great!? This did not however detract in any way from a really enjoyable few days in a really interesting and historic town.

Perfect location just a short walk from everything in King's Lynn. Reasonably priced parking at £2.90 per day just a couple of minutes walk away at Boal Quay. Unusual and quirky apartment which was very clean, comfortable and everything we were expecting. We visit Norfolk a lot and will definitely book at The Vault again next time we want to stay in King's Lynn. Oh, and really good communication too! Thank you.

There were 2 lock boxes, we are easily confused! Also the instructions for getting the door lock unlocked could be clearer.

I'm sensitive to cold and felt this was a very cold space. Not surprising with the high ceilings and large windows. There was heating on but I still felt cold. Finding the information on how to get in was lost in the long repetitive emails I received after booking.
