Not the best beds in the world, and it could maybe have been a little cleaner as there were long dark hairs in various places.

The room was lovely, very spacious, and had everything you needed. The location was brilliant and quick and easy to check in.

The beds, you could feel the bed springs and it was awfully uncomfortable on my hip and back Staff members could be trained better in customer service

It's a beautifully converted building: an old warehouse that has been converted into a hotel, with some of the warehouse fixtures and beams still on the ceilings and walls, making for a very interesting interior. HOWEVER, because it is a conversion, the noise from the adjacent room isn't completely muffled (despite the hotel's efforts to add a lot of soundproofing). There was a group of women in the next door who sounded like they were in town for a hen do, and the sound from their room travelled into ours a bit, but fortunately they were quiet late at night. Also the placement of the shower in the bathroom is a little odd: there doesn't seem to be a way to take a shower without getting the entire bathroom wet.

Convenient location: walking distance to almost everything! The Cavern Club is just around the corner. We also had a jacuzzi in the bedroom which was a treat.

The two baths next to each other… not great for climbing into the shower.

Loved the space , light and the big window. Liked having a kitchen with bits and pieces eg cloths, washing up liquid , tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Good big bathroom and lift to our 3rd floor. Also having people on the desk 24/7.

Rooms need to be made soundproof. You can hear everything from the room next door. Our first 2 nights were great. Our 3rd night the people in the next room were chatting loud till gone 2 in the morning even after staff asked them to be more quiet they didn't care. I had to make a bed in the kitchen just so the kids could sleep, which was unacceptable. Music for the local bars was a little loud but wasn't loud enough to stop us sleeping

Room was fantastic, great space. Location of hotel was perfect for us to get the bus to chester zoo. Walking distance to Moorfields station where we get to get a train to aintree for a harvester. 2x tesco very close on either end of the road. All around staff and location perfect

A little noisy but to be expected based on location, still slept through as we were so tired from daily activities, don’t book if your children won’t sleep through noise, Will definitely book again for a girls weekend away!

I needed to refrigerate my medication and asked if they had a fridge in the room. No so they upgraded me with a suite that has a kitchen at no extra charge. It has 2 baths, one of which is a spar. The location is fabulous as it is walking distance to all the tourist attractions. It is very near loud music venues, but for me, that added to the vibe. Others might not like it.

I didn’t like that when we arrived the room had clearly not been cleaned properly in the cupboard in between both beds there was a half drunk fruit shoot and In the bathroom there was empty bottles of soap which had been used with the lids of next to them.

I loved the whole room especially the bathroom the bath was lovely and love the double showers.

Couple of small issues with the shower / bath and couldn't get cold water sometimes, nothing major though. No other issues

Room was great, very large, beds were really comfy, great TV, kitchen was a surprise. Location is great right in the heart of the city. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We requested a quiet room and it was great, got a great nights sleep. We stayed mid week so probably quieter than at weekends.

Nothing we didn't like. Room 5 was affected by loud music from outside till early hours, but we expected that so was not a problem (previous year we had a room on other side which was quieter)

Room was perfect for 5 of us, 3 seniors and 2 children. Loved the jacuzzi and large TV and beds very comfortable. Staff were all brilliant, friendly and helpful.

Room could have been a little cleaner. The hold deposit is a little bit off putting as this is generally more than the room itself. I think this needs to be made clearer when booking.

Amazing location. Great price! Staff go above and beyond. I was heading back out alone to find a friend the member of staff offered to help me find them. I think this is more than customer service and is actual humanity and I really appreciated the gesture.

The air conditioning was not fully functional, room was quite warm
