I was disappointed by the food options available, would have likes to have seen some healthy eating options, open sandwiches, options without chips. Wi Fi and phone signal was very poor in my room ( 227) had to go to the corridor for acceptable Wi Fi and missed some calls.

the hotel was very clean and appeared well run. Having a working fridge for my extended stay was imperative to me. I understand many are not working I think this needs to be addressed

The only thing we were not happy about was at 1.00 to 1.30 am there was a loud crash which woke us up thinking somebody was coming into our room Is there any security at night that patrolled the building as we are elderly it was very frightening and we couldn’t go back to sleep after

It was very close to our connection for our cruise the next morning.

We felt rushed as we didn't want to eat in the restaurant and the bar stopped serving food really early. The bar food was quite pricey.

The dinner was good and my grandson loved the swimming pool. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated.

In the room we had (507) there were a few annoying issues. Bathroom sink was cracked and the shower thermostat was faulty, water kept going hot and cold then back to the original setting WiFi was glitchy, kept dropping out.

Very dated, needs refreshing. Moldy bathroom tiles. Staff on reception not very friendly.

Quiet location however further out of Southampton than we thought (took longer due to heavy traffic). Room spacious.

There was one baby seat that was really dirty like never washed before. Only wipers used on it. Disgusting. The food wasn’t good but it wasn’t menu for us. The breakfast was poor like nothing to choose and for the 4 star hotel there should be a coffee machine. I was in a non stars hotels and they had better coffee and breakfasts.

Our room was quite a walk from reception and downstairs but no lift… our shower screen was black at the bottom, the fridge didn’t work and the tv wouldn’t work at first. Also the car park is almost completely Covered with trees which meant it dropped stuff onto your car.

It looked nice from the outside and the reception area and staff were nice

The bar staff were absent for a while on the 22nd of May. Only one port glass could be found.

A Good Breakfast. Room a good standard and the beds very comfortable. Reception, cleaning staff and the dining room staff were very good.

The food was plentiful and varied, but the plates for hot breakfasts were not hot and hence breakfast was cold by the time you took it back to your table.

The corridors were quite noisy with doors banging in the night. The pool was quite cold in the morning and there was a lot of children there. Steam room and sauna was lovely.

Fire alarm went off at 2.20, stood outside for 20 minutes, no staff instruction at all, eventually it stopped and everyone returned to their rooms. Checkout in the morning at reception made no reference to the disturbed night, apology etc
