We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent stay in a very nice hotel in the centre of Jesmond, Newcastle. Recently decorated in a current colour scheme the public areas were in great shape and my room modern with a lovely en suite .

Excellent value and very well situated. We stayed in standard double, which was comfortable and provided us everything we needed. Pub downstairs had good atmosphere and able to get drinks still once closed at 11 so all very respectful to residents. Would definitely stay again

ThailandWe rented a suite (as opposed to a regular room) and yet, there was no parking at all at the hotel nor anywhere near the hotel itself. We ended up parking more than 10 minutes away which may not seem like much until it starts raining. To make matters worse, the hotel made NO effort to reserve a parking space for its guests staying in suites.

Room was very comfy. Breakfast was great - a good-quality buffet. Staff were friendly and the whole place had a relaxed, no-fuss feel. The hotel is located on Osborne Road, which is lined with restaurants and bars. As such, I worried that it would be noisy. Surprisingly, it wasn't.
