The staff didn't comply with the agreed early check-in. The price of breakfast was included in the overall cost. Still, the hotel staff refused to serve breakfast for my daughter. They said that we need to pay extra. Quality and quantity of breakfast are way below European standards. Furniture (except the bed) in the room is basically non-existent. No kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The TV is just a screen for Netflix (paid extra), no free channels.

Breakfast starts at 06.00. Quite comfortable bed.

Budget hotel. Plenty of hot water! Plenty of breakfast for those that can eat it. Friendly staff. Good location to run from in the morning.

Location wasn’t great, toilet and shower were like caravan and cruise cabins but very low budget. We stayed in 1st floor where the triple rooms were and it was very noisy. People were running, talking, slamming doors at 2am.

The hotel was clean and the bedsheets were immaculate. Breakfast was basic but I appreciated the warm croissants and cappuccino every morning before started the day sightseeing.

It was a little off the beaten track so we got lost wandering around St Oeun, however if we had gotten off at Angelique Compoint,we would have found it. No lock on the shower door so it kept opening and water spilled onto the bedroom floor making it a bit slippery. Would have loved a kettle for making noodles or coffee. Market day and flea market days are very busy and hard to navigate through the he crowds

Continental breakfast, was great and plenty of it. Staff were helpful and friendly. Found a lot of strangers were helpful, and kept warning me about pickpockets

Not worth a second visit, "dangerous" area around

The place is a very poor neighborhood with a lot of homeless people on the roads and very poor and crowded flea markets, where we felt totally unsafe walking through from the Metro-Station to the hotel carrying our luggage. The hotel has the same circumstances. Very basic, poor, but at least clean. No soundproof at all. Knocking on the door from the cleaning service at 10:00, on the check-out day (check-out at 12 possible). The shower, the WC and the bathroom sink are not in one room as a bathroom, but they are located in the sleeping area (for private use): the sink was on the corner next to the bed, the shower as a small room with a door on the other side of the bed and the WC next to the shower room with its own door (looked like a "bathroom" in a cabin of a boat).

Paris is very expensive, so I guess it is the best we could get for 80 €/night, but wouldn't choose ot again. Confortable bed

Super cramped room as well as bathroom and toilets. The entire room was giving a vibe of a train compartment. The location is right next to an area which is plagued by immigrants and is super dirty. The pictures are also deceiving.

Ease of check in and checkout. The rooms were clean.

The location, the bathrooms and toilets are separate.

Breakfast was quite good. The location is not good as the flea market is so close that causes the smell on roads. The hotel was good but I came from Finland where we used to have bathrooms and toilets in one room but here sink is in the room and toilet is separate from bathroom. In the last I would say that if you are come to paris in budget then this hotel is the best option.

Surprisingly okay for the price, but not a nice neighbourhood
    • Leisure trip

The hotel was surrounded by a sketchy neighbourhood where we didn't feel safe, especially at night. It's straight over a busy highway so you can't have the windows open at night or you couldn't sleep over the noise of the cars. It was okay during the colder nights, but I can imagine it would be quite uncomfortable during the summer. The breakfast was okay for the price, but we had to wait to be seated when the hotel was fuller. Also some things would be gone and not refilled, despite there still being plenty of time until the breakfast time was over. In the room there was no storage place and the toilet couldn't be locked, or ventilated. We also had just one giant duvet, which two people had to share.

Clean room, comfy beds and nice towels. Also basic toiletries were available. Reception staff were friendly and we had no problem checking in or out. 24/7 check-in is also a plus. Metro is not far away and goes into the city every 3 minutes. There was no need to take care of a room key as the room was locked by a code.

The breakfast for what it is is very expensive and not great value. There are little bakeries just up the road about 5 mins away that are beautiful and very reasonable. We were warned by 2 taxi drivers not to turn left down the road as there is a high crime rate and lots of pick pockets they told me not to have my phone out or wallet. The rooms are very basic but what to expect for the price. The bunk beds aren't made so was difficult late at night arriving with tiered children to make the bed for them. Beds aren't very comfortable and the shower was dirty. The door on the bathroom doesn't lock and does ban. People around are pretty loud. Over all for the price we paid we didn't expect luxury and was somewhere to put our heads. Only other thing I would say is the luggage storage for when you check out are lockers and very complicated and rather small staff didn't want to help and they only take coins.

The staff were amazing and very polite and friendly.

It wasnt comfortable. The bathroom was a cabin and smelled bad. My room was near the highway so it was noisy at night and the breakfast was overbooked and very basic. If you travel with low budget its ok. A place just to sleep.

It was a cheap option for Paris. 24h reception. They change your towel and sheets everyday if you want.
