It was nice to have the market in the hotel but do not think they should had been be allowed to walk through the breakfast area while your were eating They could have used the outside area

The individual allocating tables at breakfast was brusque to the point of rude. The hotel was full and busy which must have been stressful but his approach was deeply inhospitable and not great for front of house.

The room was a good size and comfortable. The common areas are clean and nicely decorated and the house keeping staff were brilliant. The room was cleaned perfectly.

The car parking price at 15pounds a day is very expensive and after paying the amount we did would expect it to be in with the price of your stay. Very disappointed with this.. be aware of this when booking everyone.

The hotel was lovely. Room clean, bed comfy. Had b&b but only had breakfast on first day. Good selection, fresh food kept coming out and topping up. Staff were Friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others.

Breakfast arrangements were not the best. Guests not understating they were asked to book a breakfast time for a reason. Breakfast was rushed, and we felt under pressure to vacate the table so other guests could sit down. On arrival the bin in the bathroom wasn't empty and sosp or toothpaste marks were on the surface around the sink. Cup or glass marks were on the glass top to the dressing table. No toilet brush in the room.

Great location. Despite being very busy, we were not disturbed by noise.

At breakfast time my wife and myself went and queued up for our breakfast and because we were a 10 minutes early he told us to take a seat but then when o'clock came the young man was letting people in with out telling the people who were sat down there were people waiting the Same as us

Window was screwed shut, when I enquired to have it fixed I was told by the manager that there are other room Windows that are broken and that she was sorry but there’s nothing she can do. She also said I should have asked when booking in for a window that opens Unreal

Great location and value for money. Room really nice, comfortable bed and choice of shower or bath. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The only blemish on the stay was the man seating and managing breakfast. He was pretty rude and abrupt with guests and didn't speak very nicely to his staff. He's probably in the wrong line of work to be honest.
