Poor lighting and lack of mirrors ( None in bathroom). Lack of glasses and cups . Little things what would be easy to rectify. Also storage area for clothes ( None in downstairs bedroom)

Quirky kind of building in a great location. Comfortable beds and good rooftop for chilling ! Would stay again for a night.

Check in is a bit vague, it's not an actual hotel so you have to go to another actual hotel to get your key. Shower seemed blocked, some lights didn't work I would score lower but the size of the apartment and cleanliness made up for these issues and I will definitely stay there again

Not easy to find reception area as called ‘Hotel’ not Blayds Yard Lots of stairs - could do with more hand rails for oldies like us (or after a drink or two!!) Too dark- no bedside lamps- difficult to sort out lights and turn off outside lights no mirror in bathroom or hand towels Only 2 glass tumblers and on very high shelf.

Tea and coffee sachets, uht milk, a laminated paper advising cost of crisps, pot noodles, recovery box which was a year out of date. Just felt very money orientated, I stay at loads of apartments through work but this felt overpowering with chargeable items.

Thr location and the apartment was furnished lovely. A passing comment from my female friend said it's dressed very masculine but never the less it was comfortable.

We didn’t revive any codes via email or text .. luckily someone was in reception so collecting keys was ok… However this made returning the keys in the morning a problem! There is a night club next door - and it looks like it would be a fun place to go!! So i had FOMO as I was on a work stay, it was a Friday night though… It is very loud! With many people in the street chatting and singing until the early hours!

My only issue was we were 2 couples and the bathroom backed onto one of the bedrooms and was sealed off with a little glass window (albeit frosted). It wasn’t ideal for privacy but otherwise everything else was perfect.

A self contained little apartment with cool features and a really laid back vibe. So well situated in the city centre but somehow not too noisy and with everything you could need for a convenient stay. Stunning roof top patio which was great to get a look at the city and loads of awesome thoughtful extras were available for purchase like toothbrushes and even an intimacy kit!

Being next to a pub and how dimly lit the apartments were..

The comfy beds.and how clean everything was. The kitchen was well stocked with all the neccesities. Plus Prosecco 🥂 water, crisps.and pot noodles if you wanted to buy them. The apartments were just over the road from were we parked and minutes walk from the shopping centre.

It really should come with a warning that this place is literally next door to a night club. We hadn't come away for a night out and had to listen to the extremely loud music thumping til nearly 1am. We thought the ear plugs that were provided were to block out the noise from the nearby trainline, but we could barely hear that! Also, and I'm not a prude, but I wouldn't stay here with my family as I wouldn't be happy about my 6 year old having to walk through a group of people in gimp masks to reach the apartment 😬 Although the towels and bedding seemed clean, the actual apartment was thick of dust and it just felt in need of a good scrub. With the exception of the kitchen, the lighting in the unit is very poor. There was no plug for the kitchen sink and no washing up liquid. The bathroom would benefit from some hooks as there was nowhere to put towels, clothes etc.

The layout worked quite well for a group of friends, although it should be noted that there aren't 2 bedrooms in unit 14; there is a double room on the ground floor and a sofa bed on the 1st floor. This is in a small lounge area with a curtain to pull across. Fortunately there is another sofa area in the kitchen on floor 2, otherwise we would have all had to sit on the made-up bed! The kitchen is compact but well supplied with a full size fridge and freezer. The shower was lovely and powerful. We were provided with clean towels and bedding (bedding for the sofa bed is hidden in a cupboard in the living area, I thought there wasn't any at first). The units are conveniently located and very central to shops etc, but the noise from the club was an issue.

Minor issue with bathroom door sticking and door handle coming off! Bit of noise from neighbours due to thin walls, but we expected this. Staff were understanding about the handle though.

Great location near nightlife. Cozy warm place to stay. Cool quirky decor. Very comfy beds and high powered shower. Liked the roof terrace despite it being too rainy to use it. Easy to find and discount on parking.

No tea coffee milk, thought there were 2 beds locked out of reception twice no wifi access . Couldnt make tv work and no response when calling number provided Rail line very close . A bit dark inside only a small mirror in kitchen to apply makeup
