The property was not very accessible. There are steps leading to the hotel and one small elevator.

One of the lifts was broken, but the staff was very nice about it. It was a little bit noisy with the tube going by every few moments, but only if you’re a light sleeper like me.

The noise and poor quality of the internet

Location, house keeping were great. Nicoletta in the restaurant during breakfast was amazing. But, there was a noise like a train was approaching coming from the back side of the building It was every 10 minutes during the day and at the evening They told us at the reception that they have it only on one side of the building The price is the same for quiet or noisy room

The breakfast buffet is a bit expensive. Crowded in the mornings. One day, it took 10 minutes before they had replenished the eggs, bacon, and sausages.

Coffee and tea making facilities and refrigerator in the room. Cleaniness. Thanks for gluten free bread, fat free yogurt and fruits.

Breakfast was rather busy 9-10am Sat and Sunday, but that's often the case in more tourist-centred hotels. We did have to ask the reception team several times for extra tea bags as the original requests got forgotten. But minor stuff.

I booked this hotel for a weekend away for my parents in London. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel bright and very well located. I'd mentioned it was my Dad's birthday weekend and asked if they could do anything to make their visit extra special. My parents were greeted with delicious cheese cakes on arrival in their room, and a room that was significantly upgraded from the one that had been booked. Even though they were next to the lift, their rooms were quiet with no disturbance. They had a wonderful stay and would be delighted to return. A great hotel.

The downstairs room I occupied, designated as LG, exhibited an elevated temperature and a noticeable absence of proper ventilation. This resulted in discomfort during sleeping hours due to the excessive heat and the inadequate performance of the air conditioning unit.

The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness, ensuring a seamless experience. The establishment's proximity to Paddington station and its favorable location contribute to its overall appeal.
