WiFi and TV signal not great but not a huge deal

The only small complaint was the batteries in the thermostat were flat so we couldn’t control the heating temp. Not an issue as we were out all day and you could turn the radiators up manually. As I say just a small thing

The apartment is really central. We met Dava and she was very friendly. The property had everything you need, the sofa and bed are comfortable and the rooms are tastefully decorated. An excellent property !

Exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our requirements. Above all it was nice and quiet. This apartment was the best one I’ve ever stayed in compared to others I’ve stayed. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Blackpool. Thoroughly recommend.

Nothing not to like.

Second visit to Blackpool in 5 mths both times stayed here .. Next time will hope to stay again if rooms available. Easy reach to promenade, close for shopping, parking off road at the property.. Very spacious apartment, host very welcoming.

As this is a floor in a converted building, there was a little noise at times from other guests who were arriving and leaving with children on the landing. This really wasn't a big deal for me and certainly the hosts can't control other people's children who are obviously excited to be on holiday. Perhaps door bells for the rooms so the children could press them to alert their parents to reopen the doors instead of the knocking but really, no big deal for me. I will certainly be staying here next time I am in Blackpool.

The arrival; process was simple. There is a sign on the wall saying flat 2. I parked just in front of it and only 4m to the door. Key codes were simple, doors high quality, everything worked. Water bottles in the fridge. I brought my own iron but I didn't even need to as the one provided was good quality. Everything was perfectly clean. There was also things like soap and spare toilet rolls etc so I didn't need anything. The Wi-Fi connection was good. The location was perfect, only 3 minutes from the tower ball room or Winter Gardens. Perfect place to stay if attending an event here

Would have preferred an oven rather than a microwave with a cooker.

Modern and comfortable apartment, which we were delighted with. Had almost everything we needed and there were good instructions to get key and parking was included. Staff were very helpful and carried out our bags, having arrived as we were leaving. Thank you so much.

Rooms are decorated to a high standard. Shower is amazing. The bed is the comfiest bed we have ever slept in (would love to know what mattress is used) close to things to do but also away from all the noise. Tea coffee and milk provided an also some bottles of water. Useful information booklet in the room. Was greeted on arrival and took to our room and told information that we needed to know.

I couldn't fault the accommodation, a beautiful set out room with everything you would need. Dava couldn't of been anymore friendly and helpful. Location perfect not to close for noise but close enough for my little boy to walk back and forward without complaining. We are already booked up for next year we loved it.
