We were told there would be parking but of course there was not and we had to leave our rental car in a neighborhood 5 blocks away.

Everything! The building and bar are beautiful, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Beds were great - didn’t want to leave! Staff were friendly and helpful, took time to chat and answer questions. Continental breakfast was a lovely spread. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would return.

The Black Lion Pub and Boutique Guest House exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious, served in a relaxed atmosphere, and catered to our needs. We would highly recommend this charming guest house and will definitely return for another stay in the future.

Nothing not to like in our opinion!

This hotel is just beautiful, staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The beds were really comfy and location was well connected lots of key landmarks in London. Breakfast also lovely. Thanks for a brilliant stay, will definitely be back.

Nothing the Inn was "Amazeballs!"(according to my niece) but be aware like all central London Hotels it's a busy, busy city so it's quite noisy at night.

My sister and niece were going to Taylor Swift - it's only 4/5 stops to Wembley. Great continental breakfast and excellent comfortable bed. Clawfoot bath and sofa for chilling. They were sorry they could only stay one night.

Sadly no air conditioning in room and it was a very warm night. A fan was provided though and we did open the window but as we were facing the road it was a little noisy. My only other critique is that I prefer a cooked breakfast given the choice but we were only offered continental which was adequate and wouldn't deter me from staying again.

Loved the character of the building. Staff very friendly and courteous. We actually arrived 2hrs early so decided to have a bite to eat in the bar whilst waiting for our room. No sooner had we ordered when one of the staff told us our room was ready which was great! Room lovely, everything looked new. Absolutely spotless!

Great location 2 tube stations within a few minutes walk, lovely spacious room, comfy bed, fabulous bathroom with a roll top bath and big shower enclosure. Staff friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. I would only mention that it was very hot in the bedroom but a fan was provided which helped cool it down as there was no air con so not an issue for us. The area was pretty lively when we got back late at night so would be an idea to walk in a group if possible.

Beautiful furnishings in a beautiful building. The decor is so well thought out and room 11 that we stayed in was very spacious with lots of lovely touches. The continental breakfast was really nice and a great way to fuel up for exploring London. It’s a quick and easy walk to the train and tube station.

Our room did face the street and the street noise was very loud with the window open. No Aircon meant that the room was quite warm and stuffy.

The Black Lion is a really beautiful old pub with the most amazing bar area.

The heat in the room was exceptionally warm, but that was to be expected with no air con. The bed was small for two people.

The area the pub is in is a bit dirty and seedy but the pub is a welcome oasis in the middle of it.

Bright modern comfortable room and complimentary bottled water for our trip around London. Staff had our room ready early too and we were able to freshen up after travelling. Friendly staff and steamer for clothes. Brilliant.

What a surprise. I needed a hotel or Bed and Breakfast near to Wembly Stadium for the Bruce Springsteen concert. I was a bit wary of the pub's location on the Kilburn High Road, but what a wonderful surprise. The Pub is a grade two listed property that has been completely renovated to a very high standard. My room was really well decorated and very clean with a new bathroom. The breakfast which is continental was first rate and the staff excellent. Oh and the beer is real beer. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to attend Wembly Arena.

Only thing we would have wanted as a cooked English breakfast, the continental option was lovely but for a weekend stay with breakfast included we expected a hot breakfast option. The food on the usual menu looked good so we hoped to try a breakfast in the morning.

Beautiful pub and room, loved the decor, side access for late night entry. Great hot drink selection in the room, great to have the fan too in the summer, lovely bathroom set up. Great touch with bottled water. Everything about the room, staff as brilliant, very polite.

The huge amount of steps that we had to climb each time we went up to our room! There’s no lift, the climb was worth it though and the staff did help with our luggage.

We loved absolutely everything about the Black Lion, our room, the king size bed, the enormous bathroom etc.. The staff were amazing, and so friendly too!
