Room quite small and view over back of hotel wasn't terribly inspiring. But these are minor gripes.

Fantastic food in the brasserie and very reasonably priced. The rooms are small and cosy with v comfortable beds, while the shower was great.

Perfect location for town, parking close by, room clean and very comfy, staff very friendly breakfast, lunch and dinner at the bistro very tasty and lovely atmosphere.

Parking was difficult. It was more of a pot luck situation if you were able to get free parking, this is obviously due to location but we were under the impression parking was available as it stated on the listing parking available.

Location was perfect for what we wanted and needed, the room was beautiful and everything you would need! Super comfortable beds we would definitely stay again!

We loved the decor and the location. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. Plus, the beds were super comfy.

My room was missing a hair dryer but a friend came to the rescue. Room could have done with a mirror over the dressing table, an easy chair. The stairs are steep and carrying luggage to the top needs a level of fitness. No offer of help.

Fantastic little bistro with incredibly comfy beds and lovely clean bathroom with nice toiletries. Staff were very accommodating to allow us to get changed before a wedding which was before check in. Staff were super friendly and lovely. Would highly recommend.

The only down side to my room, was because it was close to a main road and had the resteraunt downstairs, it was fairly noisy.

The room was nice and fairly well set up with a nice selection of tea and coffee, they are environmentally conscious which is always nice to see. The staff are very nice and always happy to help however they can 😊

It's a well appointed bed with ensuite bath in the back of a building over the bar. Still, very quiet. The meal at the restaurant was superb. Altogether, a great stay!

I can’t say that there is an anything I disliked about the property at all. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel is centrally located to food and shops. Lotte bar offered drinks and a wonderful jazz band. The food at Lotte Bistro was excellent! Staff was wonderful and friendly.

I was the beneficiary of an excellent concert taking place right under my room in the pub below. As soon as I heard it, I went down and enjoyed it immensely. It might be worth checking if there's a gig going on before booking into one of the first floor rooms so as to reap the same benefits.

Even though we were provided with multiple wifi passwords the wifi didn’t work on any device we had which made it difficult doing work bits and phone signal isn’t the strongest so no backup, other than that nothing negative to say

On a photo room that booked had 2 windows and was big. On check in we got smaller room on 2d floor- with big bags it was challenging to go up. Then I asked about room with 2 windows and got an answer no rooms/no change possible. Then I discovered that room and it was free - after this only I got a room that I booked. Very close to big road location - not much peaceful

This property has big blankets and good cosmetics. Bathroom is fresh and clean. I liked overall french theme inside

Beautiful Room, spacious for a family. Clean. Friendly team, owner was very accommodating with our needs. Fab bistro menu, breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Catered for allergies. Ten minutes from Longleat!
