Shower was mouldy, carpet was mucky. 2 lose tiles in bathroom as well as broken shower door. Front door to the building wouldn't lock - wasn't very secure. Pots were still dirty.

Studio wasn't big enough to call it a studio. It was more like a room with few white goods. Exhaust fan wasn't working at the toilet. Shower space is very congested.

Most times the front door was wide open both in the morning and evening and also a couple of times the noise from downstairs was very loud kids shouting and running about quite late in the evening in the process keeping my young son awake

It was not as advertised in description at all. Do not expect an apartment it's a small room with extremely uncomfortable beds with springs poking through husband has welts across side from springs Bathroom floor a trip hazard as tiles all lifting . Not what we at all expected

The location was in the middle of a demolition site! Instructions on location were terrible.

The door to get into the room was extremely difficult. The shower door was broken and I was left with half a roll of toilet paper to last me the whole week…

Everything was in one room which made it easy to move around in.

I saw a kitchen in the picture you sent, on getting there, there was no proper kitchen except a microwave, toaster and an electric kettle. So, there was no way for me to cook.

It is well hidden in a secluded corner in Digbeth. Streets around are quiet and dark , mostly non-residential area , felt so unsafe to walk through at night and very early morning. Front droor is stuck could do with a bit of W60. Very noisy , walls are very thin could hear conversation of neighbours , there is always washing machine in ground floor running at night not to mention trains crossing over a nearby bridge. Mattress is either very cheap or very old , springs were digging into my flesh and bones. In morning I had to wait at least good precious 15 minutes for warm water to come through either the tap or the shower. Customer service don't really respond, contacted them when I couldn't find the property first night but no answer.

bad locaction very hard to find ,customer service number not helpful said she was never there before couldnt help deposit required which was not originaly advertised difficulty in getting deposit back made a lot of excuses had to get booking .com involved

The property is located in an area of the city where there is a lot of construction going on. It was very difficult to find this property because of many disruptions to the roads. In addition, the area was full of homeless people and some drug addicts. It was poorly lit and didnt feel safe at all. I was concerned a out my own safety as well as the safety of my car throughout the stay especially as I had to walk back to the room later in the evenings. The ‘free parking’ was advertised with the flat but I was told by the property manager to pay 250gbp deposit to park my car. Thankfully, I didnt have to pay this. Overall, the whole experience was fraught with complications and its not a place I’d like to stay again.

The service was responsive when I ran into problems with check in. They called me back promptly despite it being out of hours.

Although it had a parking the car parking was covered with broken glass and rubbish. The location of the apartment was a in a dark street out the way, which like me coming from out of town I didn’t feel comfortable.

Apartment was for 3 people to small and not even prepared for 3 adults.No air conditioning.Good for safe money but very uncomfortable and area to loud.

Smelly landing, chlostraphobic shower cubicle, gaps around door, old wornout mattresses, wrong shape toilet seat, made our stay very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Broken shower door. Grubby shower Description says a '1 bedroomed apartment with a living room' It was one room 'a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster & fridge' The kitchen comprised of a shelf with a kettle, microwave, fridge & toaster. No sink, no tea-towel. The kitchen equipment was sparse - 3 mugs, 2 side plates, 1 dinner plate, 1 glass and some cutlery. Run down area. Frequent train rattling across the bridge the opposite side of the road

We couldn't get in when we arrived. It was hard to open the keybox and there was no key inside. It was to get through to someone and staff wasn't helpful. The location although close to city centre was a bit rough and surrounded by abandoned and dilapidated buildings. The main door was left open a few times. It didn't feel safe.

It was handy to have a microwave and fridge/freezer.

Entrance door lock malfunctioning, Lodger helped us into accommodation at night because door wouldn't open. Bedsprings protruding through mattress, microwave not cleaned, tea, coffee, sugar canisters empty and dirty. Nail clippings on carpet by window, bathroom floor dirty, stairs to room dirty. Enough toilet paper for one use, staying 3 nights, not acceptable. Wall/ scirting by coffee table dirty. Accommodation difficult to find as no name on building or on directions given. Only one sink, so had to wash delph in bathroom sink, no tea towel. How you as a business find all this acceptable is beyond us. Its a single room with some white goods in it, not a proper studio, and not as advertised. Take heed of reviews and give the place a good clean and bring up to standard.
