The staff were absolutely amazing from the reception the bar the serving staff at breakfast the house keeping etc every member of staff had a smile on their face were so helpful and just all round nice people to be around ! The staff definitely make the hotel a better place to stay! The rooms are comfortable and nice to relax in after being on the go all day, Breakfast was great had a really good selection I have a picky eater and he left breakfast full everyday so there's something for everyone. The bar snack menu is really varied and it's great that you can take that food to your room it made it so much easier for us with two tired kids they they were in their element with their chips and pizza.

Car park charge of £18 per night is very expensive, we were lucky enough to get a parking space opposite the hotel on the road and paid nothing.

location of room and how difficult it was to open corridor doors with a wheel chair used as only myself and person in the wheelchair

rooms and beds were great, only issue was I had a aheel chair user and we were at the furthest away part of the hotel from reception/restaurant area

Only down side.. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were not very comfy, bed very hard and pillows had little filling.

me and my boyfriend loved every second of this hotel, the only thing we noticed was banging at night which we couldn’t work out what it was.

Brilliant Hotel, staff very welcoming, we had a lovely surprise when checking in as they upgraded us to a superior double room, it was amazing. The breakfast was very nice, lots of choice and warm nothing was too much trouble for the staff they worked very hard. Already booked again with family in October can't wait 🤗

Me and my partner stayed here on 31/5/24, we got to the hotel at around 11.30 and the room was ready for us even tho we wasn’t suppose to be checking in until 3pm so that was a great start to our trip 😊 also we had been upgraded to the adult suite free of charge and what can I say the room was unbelievable and the view of the park was fantastic. We also booked in the restaurant in the evening and the staff in the restaurant were incredible especially Damien he really went out of his way with us and we can’t thank him enough for that. The food was amazing the breakfast was amazing and all of the staff in the hotel was so lovely and was always happy to help. We really did have the best time and we can’t wait to come back. Thankyou to everybody at the big blue, a truly amazing hotel!

Fantastic location, lovely rooms and very clean. Lots of tea, coffee, milk and reception happy to give extra. Beds really comfy. View of the pleasure beach from our room was really good. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. They were really lovely with the kids. The reception area is nice and welcoming and the restaurant and food was excellent. Great overall trip thank you. Fantastic value for money. Would definately recommend.

As we weren’t visiting the pleasure beach it was a bit far down from where we needed to be, we had a show at the central pier so it was a bit of a walk but the hotel itself was still worth it.

The hotel was absolutely brilliant, it was spotless, staff where lovely, rooms where so comfy and the view from our room was fantastic! We saw right over the pleasure beach.
