Amazing Location, spotlessly clean, fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff who looked after us very well. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff work well as a team. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly and will definitely return.

The corridor goes slightly uphill with super heavy fire doors. The room was on the small side for the £205 we paid for one night and our view was of the car park.

The location is fabulous, so was the food. The staff are warm and friendly and knowledgeable about smaller bays nearby. Clean room and bathroom.

Our check in was 3pm and we arrived a couple of hours early along with some other guests (bikers who we didn’t know) the hotel was locked so we had to ring someone and ask if we could get in out of the cold and rain just to rest and keep warm till our check in time, when someone did let us in it was very clear by the look on the gentleman’s face he wasn’t happy and told us we could have gone to the cafe down the road to wait, not really the warm welcome you would expect, I have never know a hotel keep their guests locked out until check in time, Having said that the rest of the staff were lovely and friendly.

Comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom, immaculately clean with lovely views. Lovely evening meal and breakfast.

Small thing… it was difficult to shut the door of the room without a bang.

We loved the staff - they were all so lovely and friendly and helpful. We were two couples with 2 dogs and we were set up in separate room for dinner & breakfast. Loved the views from the room ( definitely worth getting one). The room was very comfortable and clean. Food was delicious both at dinner & breakfast. Will definitely come again & recommend to all!

Room was quite small compared to other locations we stayed at - and the most expensive stay too! But overall we really enjoyed it.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel but much of the interior was a bit old fashioned, in contrast with our room, which was very much up a notch. We sensed that the current owners have a modernisation plan and the future looks very bright.

We had a recently refurbished room with a sea view. It has been done very well and was most comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and the place was spotless.

We didn’t have en suite, having to walk down a corridor, through fire doors to a nice bathroom without a lock on the outside of the door.

The room wasn't very big. Two people with luggage left barely any room to walk around the twin beds. However, this was a minor niggle for us as we only stayed one night.

Location is superb especially if you have a room with a sea view. Breakfast was delicious and staff was professional and friendly.

It is a good hotel but the room price is rather high

Car park was a bit chaotic. Would benefit from marking spaces so drivers park more sensibly.
