Because the location was central some of the bedrooms were noisy in the morning because of unloading activity in the Co-op car park.

Breakfast was not included. Location was good in that it was central in Cromer and close to sea front but see below.

We had to have window open due to warm night and lots of street noise due to it being carnival week. However you can't be in the heart of things and expect perfect quiet. With window closed hardly any noise. The main bedroom was huge and duel aspect but the other two were compact.

Excellent location in the heart of Cromer. Comfortable clean and tastefully furnished. Lots of additional touches which you don't usually get in a self catering apartment. Welcome pack was thoughtful. Smart TV and wi fi great. Beds were really comfy. Bathroom was spacious and towels good quality.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location of Bernard's hideout was amazing! Everything is right at your door, shops, fish and chips, pubs and the beach. We all couldn't have been any happier. The apartment was clean and tidy, with WiFi for the kids and TV and Netflix. We will definitely be booking again for next year

Location was amazing and the place was clean and homely. More was provided for us than expected so that was a pleasant surprise. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful.

Room with bunks had no curtain and lighting too bright to rest in. Main bed needs tightening of screws.the. Next door were quite noisy and outside across street a light kept going on and off. Neither of last 2 can be helped.

We liked 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Very comfy and cosy. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and spacious and it was warm, relaxing.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Cromer! the apartment was well set out and the owners had thought of everything. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

parking is a juggling act in the nearby public car park, but manageable and really close by. odd payment window of 24 hrs or 7 days. not an accommodation issue but worth considering.

a little noisy re location but it’s Summer in Cromer. didn’t really bother us. I found it too light in the bedrooms but I like darkness to sleep. note to self, remember eye mask!

The apartment was rather hot and stuffy. The fans provided came in really useful. Shouldn’t complain about the nice weather outside but it did get hot inside. No parking but the meadow car park was close and able to charge our electric car there cheaply.

Location was ideal for proximity to main area and seafront. Flat was fully equipped for travel with a baby - travel cot, high chair, as well as other nice touches such as coffee/tea/milk. The apartment was clean and looked recently decorated. Perfect for a family trip with the grandparents. Loved the free standing bath!

If we were staying longer a better equipment kitchen would be useful but if you're not cooking in the flat it's fine. Mattresses are quite soft but again fine for a short stay. Booking.com stated there was a sofa bed which one of the teenagers planned to sleep on. We arrived to find this was a mistake in the listing which was a slight inconvenience but the host did offer to drop extra bedding if needed.

Good communication with host. Great location. Flat is basic but perfect for our short stay. Everything was in good working order. Decent shower, comfy sofas, basics like loo roll, milk and handwash etc were provided.

While it was generally quiet, 2 out of the 4 mornings we were there - Wed and Fri - there was a noisy bin lorry at 6am. None of the windows had curtains, only slatted blinds, so didn't shut out the daylight.

Honestly can’t fault the place. It’s an older property with fairly steep narrow stairs, so not easily accessible for wheelchair users. I have mobility issues myself so always more aware of these things. Other than that, nothing bad to report.

Absolutely perfect location. Very short walking distance to everything in town. Plenty of space in the living area if you wanted to spend some time indoors. Very well equipped. Supermarket literally on your doorstep. Nice modern decor. Meadow Road Car Park is a short walking distance away, so you don’t have to worry about finding street parking and moving on before the time limits run out. Host left a little welcome pack of basic essentials which was really helpful as we arrived quite late in the evening. The property had been cleaned prior to arrival but I felt like I needed to give everything a wipe down for my own peace of mind (thanks covid). Everything needed for cleaning was already provided so this was easily done. The host responded to any questions promptly and went in to put the heating on before we arrived (we stayed in December) so it was all lovely and cosy for us.
