There was nothing to dislike. The special touches such as welcome pack and hair products are fantastic. Everything we needed was available even if we had wanted to use laundry facilities.

Everything perfect couldn’t ask for more. Just bring yourselves. Everything needed already here. Spotlessly clean and smells fresh. Comfortable beds. Great nights sleep.

Few niggles but definitely wouldn't stop us staying here again. - noise of level crossing. Can hear the alarms go off when train is coming but weirdly enough not the actual trains! - toilet is uncomfortable if you are tall. I'm 6 foot and my legs were resting against the towel rail when using the toilet. Obviously at times it was on so it was a bit of a hazard! If you're shorter or don't have long legs then this won't be a problem! - sofa is so uncomfortable. So much so that the one night we stayed in (stayed for 3 nights) I went to bed instead as I couldn't get comfortable on the sofa!

Great communication with the owners. Seem like lovely people. The added extras on arrival are a really sweet touch. Really clean and tidy and like the design of the whole place. Blackout blinds work great in the bedrooms (brought our own as we have a toddler and didn't need to use it!) Plenty of towels for use available along with all the amenities you need. Quiet area and never heard any noise from outside or neighbours except train crossing. Car parking place directly opposite the house. Use of streaming services on TV without having to sign in. The positives outweigh the negatives by far. Would recommend!

Everything you could need and more,beautiful place, owners were great and there to help, very quick to reply! Very helpful, close to anything you needed, did wonder about the train crossing but all the time we were there only heard it twice, that's including the night and I slept with the window open, very quiet and beautiful place! Definitely recommend and definitely be back if in the area

Property had everything we needed for our night away. Owners were great to deal with before and during booking. Lots of lovely touches you’d normally only find in a hotel. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone requiring anything from 1 night to longer stays. Really does have everything you need.

Needs more recycling receptacles in the kitchen to match bins outside. Second bedroom was way too small but we didn't need to use it. The bathroom is a bit small but still worked adequately. Noise from the close by railway line was a bit loud but only when we had the windows open for ventilation.

Good curtains that blocked out the light well. Bed was very comfortable. Linen was good. Excellent TV with streaming services. Well equipped kitchen (needs more microwave cookware). Good washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Comfortable lounge. Excellent WiFi. Easy parking. Close to shops and restaurants.

In all honesty I can't think of a single thing.

The whole property was pristine. The cleanliness couldn't be faulted. The bed linen was crisp & the towels fluffy. Free access to wi-fi on the fabulous TV. A wonderful specification throughout with gorgeous bright modern colours. The garden although small was private for sitting out. Driffield is not the best location ( we prefer countryside but that's our own personal preference) BUT given we were visiting the location and needed a place to stay this one was an absolute gem. Oh and lovely breakfast goodies too....perfect.
