No Hot water in apartment. Shower was lethal boiling hot to freezing cold and the shower head kept falling off. I knew heating was an issue from previous reviews but we heater in room was fine. pipes banging in walls was annoying especially as fixed radiator did nothing

The room could have been warmer, radiator didn't get hot at all and emergency electric oil filled radiator wasn't powerful enough to raise the temperature. Minimal breakfast but we had our own cereal and coffee. Nowhere to hang shower towels or robe in bathroom. Soap dispenser was broken. Broken/missing shelf in shower We met the cleaners as we left and they offered to pass on our comments to the office.

Plenty of space, comfortable bed, satisfactory showers, fridge, views very pleasing with sunshine! Simple and secure access, good communication from local agent. Clean too.

The heating seemed very low, it was quite cold, had to have additional portable radiator on all the time. TV chanels limited, could have done with a few more, such as Sky News, Pick, the general free ones. A LOT of noise from a neighbouring room or house all night - just a soundproofing issue, coughs, sneezes, voices: but spoilt an otherwise superb room.

Lovely full apartment, rather than room (we had a "deluxe"). Clean, very well equippped with kettle, table, bowls and plates, fridge and microwave, comfy bed, very good wardrobe space. And a bath!!! Lovely views of Ben Nevis and over Fort William.

the shower went really cold then really hot so it made showering really difficult also the tv remote wasn’t really working properly so the Netflix and YouTube buttons didn’t work but we did manage to work the tv channels

Unfortunately, kept awake last night of stay by people above coming in late and then banging about 2/3 am. I don’t know what can be done about such things..other than better floor sound proofing!

The room was nice and modern. Getting in was a problem. After booking, I received 4 emails with confirmation info, but no info on how to access our room. I called the number posted at the door several times without answer. I finally emailed through booking.com and get an email with the code and room number. It would have been very useful to have the entry info with the booking confirmation. This was very frustrating. It would have been nice to have a mirror opposite the sink to shave. Power outlets where not convenient

Wifi was advertised but not available, room had a lot of bugs and spiders, it wasn't comfortable and was loud, water pressure was terrible and shower was cold.

The bed was most uncomfortable and the bed springs popped and creaked when you slightly moved. Stained bathroom towels. No WIFI despite advertising WIFI Insufficient cutlery for the insufficient breakfast Insufficient window coverings. We were woken up at the crack of dawn with all the sunlight. Stains on the walls behind the beside table. The room needs maintenance. The ceiling in the bathroom is peeling above the shower. There are no tissues. We stay in a lot of different accommodation across the globe and we have found this property below standard.

good morning, accommodation and room was good. everything was clean and nicely prepared. the surroundings of the hotel were amazing. but what was bad were the guests in other rooms. they arrived at the accommodation late in the evening and did not respect the night's silence. they were banging on the door, the children were screaming just like their mothers. two hours of sleep before the morning climb to Ben Nevis was not ideal. thanks anyway

There are 4 rooms and our friends had a superb room, way bigger than ours with lovely views. For the same price our room was way smaller with a view of an overgrown hedge. We were very disappointed as it was for my husband’s special birthday celebration. The lack of any staff presence made it feel very clinical. Also quite a walk through a housing estate to reach Fort William.

Toilet took over an hour to fill up in order to flush. Lots of mould around the shower base. Paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom. Stains on wall next to bed where something have been spilt by someone previous to our booking. Although the bedding was clean it had a strange odour to it.
